Well how to start...π!
Walmart lately has expired and damaged products...
I had to go 2 times to return damaged products... here are the photos)π·
The day I returned the ground meats I told the manager that in the refrigerator they had meats that were 3, and 4 days old and that it was not the right temperature.
Well, they don't care...π and when I come back and go 2 days later, the meats were still there...
It's not that they are due, I have bought meats that expire the same day, I buy them at HALF PRICE, I make them and they are still good..π
I do that in another supermarket..π
Walmart sells it to you expired, at the same price and rotten)π
Be careful...
I make this review. Because I warned them about the situation, they ignored it, they didn't care at allπ€·ββοΈ) also when you shop online they pack you the worst products. It also happened to me that same week, many of the employees do not make an effort to choose the best avocados, or products,... they give you the first thing they grab..π€¦ββοΈ here is the example in photoπ·π€·ββοΈ...from touching that avocado I knew it would be damaged and dissected...;WHEN I TOUCHED IT I KNEW IT WAS DAMAGED)πAND THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT WHEN IT'S TIME TO PACK...THEY JUST WANT TO MOVE FORWARD AND THAT'S ALL..π€¦ββοΈSO LIKE I SAID THE COMPLAINT AND THEY DIDN'T DO IT CASE HERE I MADE IT PUBLIC..

ENOUGH MONEY I SPEND PER YEAR IN THAT STORE AND THEY DO NOT VALUE THE CUSTOMER..

l try to use lottery machine no matter how good of condition my money is in always rejects it. Try to get help from staff they say because it's wrinkled when it was a new bill when l entered in machine no help. Always produces loosing ticket's. Wonder is it because of area... π

I don't know what is going on with their parking lot so it's frustrating that you can't find parking it's almost impossible they've all been replaced by cart storage and Walmart prices are not worth the deal

This place struggled during the Pandemic more than other Walmarts. But it is doing better now. It's shelves are better stocked and staffing feels more stable.

Went to return my car Battery core to Walmart I buy all my car batteries there and never needed a receipt for a core return before just my license the one manager said yes she needed a number to put it into the system then another manger came over she was very rude and nasty and didn't want to help and she said she couldn't help me. If Walmart has managers like this they need to be fired

I think if Walmart is going to continue to offer a service (grocery pickup), then they should start teaching the employees, that are getting PAID to do this, to do their jobs correctly!! I did a pick up order last night 02/07/25, and 3 of my items needed substitutions. 1 of those items was delivered salami-which I KNEW there was no way they were out! The online purchase price was $4.27 a lb, compared to the store price of $8.94, so I ordered 2lbs. Walmart decided to substitute that with 2 packs of 6oz salami, that cost more combined, than 1lb of in store purchase price! So, since the grocery pickers are NOTORIOUS for saying something isn't a available,when it is, I went inside. 2 of the 3 items that needed substituted, including my deli salami, were in stock-SHOCKER! Went to customer service, where 2 awesome ladies tried to assist me. They called a gentleman from grocery pickup to the service desk, where I was told that he would take those substituted items off of my order, and then I could just pay separately for the other two items, which I did. Sure enough when I got home, the items weren't taken off my order, so now I have to do a return! I know it doesn't sound like a huge deal, but I have to use afterpay for groceries, or I just wouldn't be able to afford them! So now, not only am I out the cash money I spent on the items I purchased with customer service, I'm not going to get te cash back, because it's just going to go towards my after pay purchase. Anyways, Walmart do better! Don't offer a service, if I'm gonna have to go in to the store and do your employees jobs!
