No problem with this Walmart. Been a customer here for many years. Every employee I have encountered has been polite and extremely helpful. Store is clean and well lit. Very rarely out of stock on items I am looking for. This will continue to be my go to Walmart

Horrible customer service. Purchased an air conditioner, they took money out our account, now they say they'll let us know when we can get it

I'm torn between grocery pick up is on point and the store is ... ugh... a mess? Don't know jow to explain it. Lol The associates IN THE STORE are so soured on life... just annoyingly rude, not helpful... I was going down the aisle and this lady (an employee) was pushing a cart with stuff to stock and rather than let me go by since the aisle was crowded... was like "excuse me! I'm working!" Seriously... never experienced any Walmart associate being that rude. Grocery pick up however, those people know what's up! They are always nice and helpful. So, 3 stars it is... for now.

Went to this Ghetto Mart today to pick up a few things. Asked the A****** in the cereal isle where the shredded wheat was. He replied, " I don't know where it is. " Hey A******* how about asking someone like I just did, only I asked the A****** OF WALMART ASSHOLES. If you knew about CUSTOMER SERVICE, ( PART OF YOUR JOB , IDIOT. ) Just another reason I call this DUMP, " GHETTO MART. " THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL, even for Walmart. B.T.W. 99% of these MORONS at this Ghetto Mart DON'T UNDERSTAND OR SPEAK ENGILSH ! Probably ILLEGAL TOO ! Just like Ghetto Mart employees used in Brick , N.J. that Ghetto Mart uses to clean the floors at 6:30 A.M. ( *** 2, *** 15 passenger vans FULL ! FACT, confirmed by the past store Manager that I knew personally. Not even a Military Discount like many, many other stores like Subway, Home Depot ,Lowe's, Chic-fil-a, Arby's, Subway, Cinnabon, Boston Market, J.C .Penney, Boscov's, the U.P.S. stores and Gabes do !

This review is aimed specifically at WalmartPetRx, a part of Walmart that is not easily found on any review site. So the nearest Walmart store to me is taking the hit for a corporate problem. My vet prescribed Otomax ear ointment for my cat's ear infection. I knew I could get a better deal on pet meds anywhere besides the vet clinic, so I jumped online when I got home and started looking for it. A handful of sites offer this ointment for a big discount from the vet clinic. My choice of WalmartPetRx was totally a flip of the coin. WalmartPetRx advertises "Otomax ointment," and shows a picture of a box that it would come in. When it arrived, the box contained a bottle of liquid and not the ointment I ordered. I talked to Ian at WalmartPetRx customer service. After a couple of lengthy holds, he said shipping would be certain to send the correct product the second time, at no additional cost. Today I got a second bottle of the same (wrong) stuff. As far as I can tell, Ian spent 20 minutes playing Solitaire while I was on hold. The rep I spoke to today said there was only a "reorder" for the same product, and no correction or attempt on Ian's part to ensure the second shipment would be correct. I will never do business with WalmartPetRx again, and I strongly suggest others think twice. 800PetMeds and other sites offer stuff for the same price. For pills and oral meds, a regular pharmacy has saved me money over the vet clinic in the past. Not just a little, either -- one medication cost six times more at the vet than it did for cash at the Rite Aid around the corner from me. Make experience a teacher, save yourself some money. And save yourself a headache by staying away from WalmartPetRx.

Absolute terrible Auto Care Center. Would never recommend to anyone. Arrived at 10:30 to just have a tire put on a rim, only 2 people ahead of me. Hardly any English speaking people and come 2 I realized that they were accepting their Spanish friends over mine and had not even started on my tire. Huge waste of time and money, do not shop here.

Worst time I've ever had in Walmart, I went in to do an oil change, literally 2 steps after I gut off my truck a 1 of the guys that claims to be the manager of auto center, started to tell me that they are not gonna work on my truck, he said I don't know if we're going to work in it, then he said ( the wait time is almost 2 hours ) I said I was ok with it, then he said ( I'm sure we're not going to have the filter) I told him I brought my own filter, then he said they dint had the oil, I told him I was ok with buying it in the store,, just because he dint wanted to work he was being very rude, dint even let me in the waiting room to sign in, he told me I had to stay at the shop until someone was free to sign me in, literally 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me, after someone finally started to help me he kept on saying to not do it, after like 30 minutes of trying to work with them the manager said they were not going to do it and kept on asking me to leave in a very rude way, I gut angry and upset and called the general manager, she was a little bit nicer the. Him but still dint do anything but to say sorry, when we were all talking the autocenter manager kept on being rude and saying bye to me trying to make me leave, always in a rude way and dirty looks, I do not recommend anyone to go to that Walmart, general manager doesn't knows how to do her jop, and autocenter manager it's just the worst..

its funny that you go to Walmart after a 40 or 50 hour work week and have to check out yourselves. im sure some people are happy with that but I went in at 7:30 am sunday October 20th. 1 register open line forever. went to self checkout and the chain was up by the time they opened them there was more than 20 people waiting to checkout. I called 1800 Walmart while waiting and the lady on the phone asked what store number I will call manager and have them open more registers. what kind of manager needs to be called to see there is a problem. I told the girl on the phone ridiculous and she said happy to help with an ATTITUDE. Don't want to deal with complaints find a new job.

This review is mainly for the auto shop but can contribute to the main store as well. I called the previous day asking for a tire repair but was kindly stated that they were busy and to try first thing when they open at 7 for "first come first serve." Well I guess I'll never believe people until it actually happens. I arrived at 7:20 with two other customers in front of me. I did not get serviced until 10:20. Meanwhile there were several customers that came in after me and left before me making the "first come first serve" null void. One of the assumed managers felt bad and did give me some money off my service because of how long I was there, but this does not excuse the lack of technician attendance, their tardiness, and system of getting cars in and out of the shop. While I was waiting I just walked around the store several times. I have worked for Walmart but this store is very messy. It's as if no one is zoning their area because I saw so many products in wrong spots. I can possibly understand since customers tend to put things back in wrong spots, but there is no excuse. I saw employees talking with one another just standing around. There is something that can be done and to improve but apparently that's acceptable for this store. Overall, very disappointed, no sense of communication, no sense of urgency getting the first customers out first which lead to a terrible experience.
