Warehouse210 is a collaborative workspace located at 210 West Grant Street, in the heart of downtown Lancaster. It is a domain lancaster Signature Property. The space includes 29 private offices, 7 dedicated desk spaces, and virtual office solutions. There are also shared spaces available. The building is unique, beautiful, and super cool; it has been beautifully restored and creatively furnished. It is professional, yet full of character and has a creative and colorful vibe. The atmosphere is a clean, safe, and incredibly creative work environment. The culture of Warehouse210 is warm and welcoming. There is tons of stuff around the area to walk to, and the convenient parking is appreciated. The flexible access hours are conducive to working outside of a 9-5 schedule. The rent is reasonable, especially considering all of the excellent amenities. The space is a hidden gem and a great place to focus.

I had an office here for a couple of years working for a remote company, and I cannot recommend this space enough. There is tons of stuff around the area to walk to and the building is super cool! Great place to focus.

At the heart of the city, this space is a hidden gem! We recently expanded into this space from State & Main (their property in East Petersburg. The building is unique and beautiful. And Steve and Jen always take care of us, listening to any problems or concerns, and attending to them promptly. We love it here!
