Always good service and rarely any lines. Today they gave me a three day supply of my blood pressure medicine to get me by (while we figure out the delay with my GP’s office renewing the script), and they did it right then as I waited at the counter… Very much appreciative!

SUPER SPREADER LOCATION??WEIS on Lincoln Hwy. , Lancaster, PA.This is the market closest to my home..but i will no longer shop there. When masking was first mandated in PA this store location was slow to implement the policy. I had completed a review at that time..but i am sorry to report things have only deteriorated since then. Recently, on two different occasions, i observed workers in the meat/ butcher area not wearing masks. On one occation 3 of the 4 workers were maskless..with the masks around their necks and below their chins. One worker rubbed his nose with a gloveless hand and then continued to package meat. I made a phone call to the store, sharing my concern not only about the lack of masks, but also about Department of Health standards not being met. I was assured that this would be addressed. Less than 10 days later...i again observed the same worker putting out product..in the general customer shopping area, mask below his nose and mouth.Today i was in line checking out. This store is using a master que and then directs shoppers to a line to check out as the preceeding customer clears the checkout. I had only a few items..a woman was directed to que to wait to be next to check out behind me. PROBLEM?? This customer had NO MASK on..and proceeded to begin loading the belt with her items. Clearly not staying in the designated waiting area. She refused to remain behind the line even when i asked her to do so twice My voice was raised loud enough for all to hear, including the store employee directing the check out process.NO MASK ..NO ENFORCEMENT of mitigation standard practices..and NO ADVOCATING FOR CUSTOMERS as no one from the staff challenged her in any way as she failed to stay away from other people as she checked out. In a time where it takes everyone to practice some personal as well as corporate responsibility.. WEIS FAILS TO PROTECT ITS CUSTOMERS. Buyer beware..this Weis location is ripe to become a super spreader site. Shop elsewhere.

The ONLY reason I would use this store was because it was on my way to work and they opened early enough for me to stop on the way in. Well now that changed and they only open at 7. So I now have zero reason to go there.

I love the nostalgic feeling of this Weis, it feels like the early 90s. The bathrooms were among the worst I've seen in a grocery store, though.

Rude Stacey n customer service. [First time in my life have to depend on food stamps, very thankful.] First two times I returned items, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but third time, NO. I was returning an item (she already knew I received EBT benefits) and she was curious if I was a teacher, I said no. Then after crediting on my EBT card what I returned, she asked if the credit is issued immediately, and I said yes. Then she stated other credit card credits are not issued immediately. She has a very loud voice which she projects. There is usually an audience, a line, behind me. In one of the first instances, I had stated the credit should be to my EBT card, and she said (loudly) to Food Stamps? It is not her job to judge customers who are being helped by EBT cards. She seems to want to shame those receiving help. I had thought about contacting corporate but did not. Also, the produce here is awful, and the products are often nearing expiration. I shop here only in emergencies now, and have to travel further bc of that unpleasant employee of Weis, Stacey.
