This Weis is more in-line with the traditions that we recognize Weis for in the Susquehanna Valley. Clean store, decent inventory and actual cashiers. Sorry but I avoid most Weis Markets like a plague but this location we do like. I'd sooner drive to this one as opposed to shopping the closer one to our home in Columbia The competition is really making Weis look inferior on numerous levels unfortunately but this location is decent.

I have shopped at this weis for 15+ years and there has always been questionable things as far as sometimes the meat is good and other times it’s all out of dates, or all the produce is hit or miss, but lately there has been so much more wrong with this location, I have witnessed store managers at this store be rude to their employees but not only the employees I have witnessed them be rude to their customers. I have also recently had to deal with a less than ideal manager, I believe her name was Erica, upon asking we a question she loudly side rolled her eyes and then stormed off in another direction. This store needs to do some major revamp with their management team because everyone else there is kind and welcoming but the head of the team that is supposed to represent their store is awful. I think I will be going the extra few miles to giant or stauffers from now on until they can hopefully fix this store

I've shopped here a few times and seen some questionable things occasionally.
Today, though, was the worst. It started with the fruit, we picked up some strawberries or raspberries, I tried to pick the better one, who doesn't, but most of each had visible mold or spft spots. I thought I picked a decent pack of raspberries, but later found out I was duped. Everything under the sticker was rotted, and it was the final push to write this review.
Went over to the fancy cheese section, while there were 2 packs of Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella that were clearly bad, the cheese looked slimy, and the ham was greenish and baby poop brown.
Continued on to the meats. Most of the beef on the shelf was bad, and not just like a little. Some had turned that grey death color but still had good expiration dates on the package. There was a customer service guy who was walking the area. He looked at some of the same meats and just walked off, didn't remove it, or go get a deli person. Just meandered on to another part of the store.
This was not the first time I had seen questionable meats there either. About a month ago, there was some questionable chicken. I regret not taking photos.
I suggested to my girlfriend not to shop here any longer. She said Stauffer's and Giant in Mt Joy is about the same distance from her house and that she will just start to go there.

I like this store and only shop there for my groceries. Having to call “Customer Support” for help with creating my online account was HORRIBLE! The woman I spoke with was very rude and refused to listen to me. She talked over me as I was explaining my problem and then hung up on me! I tried calling back several times. Every time I called I got a message saying that they couldn’t take my call and directed me to a non functioning phone number. This “Customer Service” woman was blocking my phone number! To get the support I needed I had to call from a different phone number- only then could I get through to her. Because of this I decided to enroll in Shipt instead if using Weis2Go for my grocery delivery. They gave great Customer Support and are more flexible and less expensive than Weis2Go who uses DoorDash for grocery deliveries. I dread having to call Weis Markets customer support again! It’s the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!

Better Weis than the ones in Maryland where I live. One star gets taken away because alcohol has to be purchased in the back. Very inconvenient if you need some beer and then one or two non-alcoholic items. Dude in the cafe checking out my beer wouldn’t allow me to add my soap and dental floss to the beer. Had to then walk to the front and buy the other two items. Smh

I absolutely love this location!!! Not only is everything in the store perfectly arranged the employees are beyond beautiful n amazing people ❤️. They always greet with a smile on their faces anytime I go there which is every other day lol wow whoever the managers are gotta be great at what they do ❤️. I will always support Wei’s on Stoney battery road ❤️
