The pharmacists are very helpful and always friendly. I think they enjoy having people come into the pharmacy, maybe because most orders are delivered. Great service for complex prescription lists. Feels like an old-fashioned pharmacy.
For refills, I always press '1' to speak to pharmacists directly because I have trouble entering the numbers correctly on my flip phone.
There are two 'Loading Zone' parking spots on Lime St. and more along Chestnut for picking up prescriptions, all right next to the pharmacy.

My wife was in need of a prescription not offered by our usual pharmacy. I contacted Dan / Williams Apothecary and was impressed with the level of care and customer service I experienced over the phone. Dan went out of his way to expedite our request and had it ready within a few hours!

They delivered my pills too the never i had a argument to get my pills for the pain because my daughters father hit me with his expedition and they didnt want too give it too me i switched pharmacies because of them

Blanche, a pharmacist, answered my questions and verified insurance coverage. Could not have been more pleasant about it. Resolved my concerns with patients.

Called and was told my prescription would be ready in a couple of hours drove there a couple hours later and was told that they didn't have it and it would be a couple of days. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other pharmacy. Im out 20 bucks in gas money because they don't know what they are doing, and still don't have my meds.

We took our oldest and middle child to get their Covid vaccines at Lititz apothecary. Tim and the staff could not have been more friendly and easy to work with! I can see why they are so popular in the Lititz area. Even when they were busy, it didn’t even feel like it because they were always working very hard to make sure our needs were met. We will be going there in the future whenever we are downtown!

If you want an ableist pharmacy then this is the one for you because they do not care about the health and well-being of the people they’re supposed to be serving. I have never in my life been treated so badly by a pharmacy employee, and then I come to find out she is the manager. Clearly no care in the world for others, considering I was mocked for having a chronic illness and disability more than one time on a very short phone call. The customer service is a flat out joke.

Had to go in twice and my prescription still was not filled, transferred to somewhere else. Long wait times and unfriendly staff.

service at the counter is VERY UNFRIENDLY and that is putting it mildly, they could not locate my order, even though they called me earlier in the day to tell me that i need to pick it up. reason i had to pick it up was the fact their delivery service is well, far from service, and prices are far out of line. the precription i had to get filled was sent to their drug store, not by choice. in lancaster area for real old fashioned service it is SMITHGALL'S and no other, or a chain store like CVS. maybe if they would get friendly staff, and on time delivery then it might be worth your while. also dont call there, if you do expect to be "on hold".

The people that wait on you could be a little more friendlier. Other then that it's a good place. It was better when Mr, Williams ran it he was so friendly and he act like he would really care for the customer and I really do sink that he did care. now big business takes over and seems like the people are too stressed out hopefully it will get better for them
