We got a great deal on a 2025 Outback and he is even going to get us a Chewbaru Outbark chew toy for our labradoodle Mochi during the Subaru Loves Pets month of October coming up soon! “I heard alot of good things about this place. So I reached out to schedule an appointment for a dash cam install by email.
They responded back almost immediately, very detailed of the process, the pricing and expectancy of the results. I mainly dealt with Steven. Great guy, very knowledgeable and professional.
But overall each person I interacted with was a great confident experience. These guys treated me fairly, also pricing and fast result time. They took the time to take care of the vehicle as well.
I couldn't recommend these guys enough. My go to for any electronics and they even mentioned to me they also work on body kit installs, like front splitters and such! A+++++”
“After a horrible experience with trying to get the body of my truck repaired through another business. Randy did the work and it turned on pretty good . Only concern I had, is not letting me know before or at the time of install my aftermarket part would /had caused a cosmetic defect (crooked and distinct gapping between fender and hood) so I could possibly opt to order OEM. Didn’t notice it until later that day. Will talk with him and update review”

“Don’t walk, run to crash champions if you need any body work.Call bob he is an awesome associate he will guide you every step of the way and there receptionist silvia is super informative. They left my 2013 Camaro looking like a brand new car right off the lot.They replaced my rear bumper and retouched my driver side door at no extra charge since it has a small peel. They keep there word of your not satisfied they will correct the work. They left my car super clean inside and out. Can’t recommend them enough. The timing was planned accordingly didn’t take them too long, less than two weeks.”
“First of all they do great work. I brought my e300 in dec 2023 to moppart after my wife got into a car accident. They called the rental company and had them pick me up at the shop. I left my holiday pen by accident and the guy at the front desk assured me that he will have it when i pick up my car. (He did). Also, they called with updates all the time. Very nice and honest. The car came out nice and they guaranteed that any problems they will fix. Also, geico tried to send them extra money. Moppart then called me and stated that this money belonged to me and they was already paid off. Most companies would have just took the money. Five stars is not enough for this company.”

“I haven’t had any work done on my vehicle just yet, but I wanted to give a review based on the experience I’ve had so far.
On my way to Kennett Square, I clipped a mailbox after someone in the opposite lane was veering into my lane, and it damaged my car pretty badly. I was in shock and then became a total mess. After running my errand, I did a google search of body shops in the area and stumbled across Mercer Auto Body. They have tons of great reviews and all of the body shops in the Coatesville area are either chains/franchises, or shops that do shotty work. I walked in crying and both people in the office were SO kind. They took some information from me and verified that they had worked with my insurance company in the past. The woman walked me outside to take photos of the damage of my car so that they could write up an estimate and email it to me instead of me having to drive down there again, even though the shop is only 20 minutes from me. The woman was so comforting and helped me to calm down, which wasn’t in her job description. She was super knowledgeable about my vehicle (i.e. where the sensors are located and making sure they weren’t damaged) and knew exactly what photos to take (I would have just taken photos of the damage and left it there). I immediately felt comfortable in their presence and with the idea of working with them. Mercer Auto Body is a small business and I always prefer supporting small businesses as opposed to the mega-chains who see you as just a number.
Even though the circumstances are crappy, I feel much better after having gone to Mercer right after the accident and feel that my vehicle will be in excellent hands. Thank you both for being so kind and comforting and making time for me. I very much look forward to working with you.
For reference, the photo is my car BEFORE having it repaired. I will provide an update once the repairs are complete, and I’m sure I will have nothing but great things to say then, too!”

“I went in with my friend who needed a battery replacement and honestly best vibes ever. The women who welcomed us there were absolutely helpful and hilarious, making jokes and we were all laughing a lot.They are also selling handmade dog and human skin/fur/paws/hair care products and many other stuff. .I tried the "Mermaid Hair" hair product and its legit 100% natural ingredients (well known for hair care like witchhazel, cedar wood, lavender etc.) smells amazing.I tried it on my hair this morning after shampoo and they appeared more hydrated, supple and soft.We got a new battery for a decent price and left happy, smiling and laughing.Aw and let us not forget the fact that a gentlemen carried the new battery into the car for us ?I recommend ?”

“I came in because my battery died twice in one day and I suspected it was toast. Ben helped me, confirmed that it was in fact, real dead, and helped me with deciding on a new battery. What I was really impressed with was the time and care he took putting the new one in for me. He explained what he was doing and what to look out for since I'd had corrosion on the last one. He was very thorough in making sure he replaced rusted out screws etc for me and treating the new battery to resist the corrosion. I really appreciated his work, and that he didn't try to sell me on some top level battery that I didn't need! Next time I need something I'll definitely come back to this store.”
