Scheduled 2 vaccines - waited 30 minutes to be told it’s not on our pharmacy insurance plan - even though they are listed as an in network provider- then got home and got a message that only the Flu vaccine was not covered - would like to know why I was not at least offered the COVID vaccine since I was already there. Tried to call back - waded through awful computer call system to finally reach a human only to be put on hold for another 15 minutes - finally hung up - heading to Walgreens to resolved this issue 🙄

We received text-confirmation that my partner's script was received, noted to be out of stock, and ordered. I called regularly for several weeks to check on the status of their supply of this medication. Every call I would be informed that it was still not in stock. Today, I was informed that not only was the medication still not available.... But the prescription itself magically vanished from their system. It also appears it that it was never ordered in the first place. I have tried to explain to two different attendants and they simply could not seem to understand or were unwilling to listen. They simply kept repeating to me that they need a prescription, as if it never existed in the first place. As if somehow I didn't understand that a prescription was necessary in order to pick up a *prescribed* medication. I have documentation that the doctor sent it and it was received at this CVS location. I also spoke previously to attendants that also confirmed this to be true. But no, all they could seem to grasp was that a prescription was not on their computer screen. The second time I called I even had a prescription number but couldn't get a word in to let them know. The last attendant I spoke to confidently told me that I should call the doctor to have the script sent in. Feeling like my head was about to explode, I had to hang up. Riddle me this: Why would I go through the process of requesting a new script be sent if they lost it the first time? We never even got to the bottom of why/how it happened. Especially with a medication that requires the doctor to call individually to each location and cannot be transferred. How can I trust them to order it this time? I'm going to have to call other pharmacies and check and make sure that it is in stock first, then have the doctor send it in order to avoid repeating this absurd scenario. I am simply blown away by how confidently wrong both attendants were. Ladies, you need to practice your listening and comprehension skills. Unbelievable.
Update: after speaking with a different CVS location, I finally learned that there is some kind of back order and shortage company-wide. So they weren't even truthful about being able to order it this time around. They told me it could be there in 2 days! Why not just skip all of this madness and tell me about the back order from the gate?! I'm never coming back to this location. If I can help it. Be careful getting your sensitive scripts here. This pharmacy staff could be a case study in the Dunning-Kruger Effect.

Great store, friendly staff. I never sem to have any issues visiting. I've never been in there while it was busy so it always is a very easy visit for what I need.

Poor customer services and exorbitant pricing. A recent prescription of Vitamin D costs ($34.) nearly 3 times more than last year’s fill of $13.08 and also 3 times more than the local ACME Market Pharmacy of $12.94.

CVS is the best, and this one is fantastic! My husband has a very expensive prescription with a high copay even after insurance. The copay discount cards weren’t going through but the ladies here got it to work for me. Saving us 420 dollars. They’re always nice here and go out of their way to help customers.I’ll never go anywhere else.

I just had to leave a positive review because the associate who was a very young girl, dark hair pulled back. I really wish I got her name, but it was October 9th and I came in around 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. and she made my whole experience very easy and seamless as possible when I got nothing but pushed back from the UPS Store in Kennett. She scanned my barcode and took the package just as the instructions have stated and I even ended up purchasing a few extra things for my house. Hopefully this review gets to her because she definitely deserves recognition for how easy she made the customer experience for me. I am a forever customer at this particular store especially if I need to do any Amazon package drop off!

Male associate refused to take an 8 lb UPS return because it was "too big", then refused to take my other small items because he was "busy" -- funny because I've dropped off larger stuff to you all before -- when I mentioned that, the excuse was, "Well, uh, they probably didn't know. The UPS guy gets mad when he gets big boxes." So, am I to believe UPS no longer accepts large shipments? Is the UPS truck that comes to your store magically smaller than all the others in the world? Funny. Avoid this location. Bunch of lazy people.

Terrible, disgrace of a CVS chain! Unfortunately, UPS delivered my package here to an employee named Lisa. I went to CVS after work expecting to pick up my package. I met the lady named Lisa who supposedly had received my very expensive package. She refused to look for the package even though I showed her my ups tracking/shipping number and her name as the person who received my package. She stated the UPS worker must have stolen my package and used her name as a scapegoat. I just believe she stole my package since she collected it on record. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the only one working. I’ve filed a claim with UPS but customers beware, obviously packages are disappearing once Lisa collects them.

Pharmacy is awful- slow, chaotic, pharmacy closed right now because pharmacist didn't show up. Always an issue. We are switching to the Cvs in Jennersville as soon as we can. Would give it a 0 if I could.

Second time the after receiving a discount coupon in the email, your branch refused to recognize it. Poor PR at CVS.
