The staff was quite helpful in responding to my student's questions and guiding her through the checkout process. “I love this Rite Aid store. Everyone is friendly, helpful and the set up (as opposed to some other Rite Aid stores) is simple and makes sense. Some other stores make no sense and I find myself wandering all over to find one thing or have to ask someone where something is since it's not in the aisle that it should be. I love that this Rite Aid has such a big selection of gift cards and great sales, especially on their seasonal items. I have bought so many things for my garden, for Easter and Christmas and I find the cutest things for Valentines day for my kids. The lady in the pharmacy is very informative, knows our names and takes the time to answer our questions. My refills are always filled sooner than expected and I like the fact that I get notified when they are ready. The only thing is I wish the pharmacy was open a little longer at night. I understand they need a break and work very hard, but if you're coming from the hospital and need a script filled, it has to wait until morning. Otherwise, I love this Rite Aid and the big discounts I get with my Rite Aid card.”
“The Tom's in the pharmacy are great. Yes, there are two Tom's and both very helpful and willing to do so. Rest of the pharmacy staff also doing a fine job. Other departments throughout the store have helpful staff and managment tries to satisfy and rectify customer concerns. Decent store. No complaints from me.”
