Every time I've gone to this USPS location, the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Also the guy who is assigned on route to pick up from my house is incredibly nice.

Went there this morning at 7:36am. Saw post saying that the post office was open at 7:30 am. Not open, no sign. Lobby was open so I banged on the door. Lady says Post office was opening at 8 due to shortage of staff. At least put correct hours on website. I had to come back after 8 since the lady won't assist me with my package. I was definite inconvenienced today since I took time off from work to go there twice.

The new young african american lady that works here is very rude. I walked in one morning saying “hello good morning” and asked about one of my packages, the young lady only replied “i can’t help you because i haven’t finished unpacking boxes”. I came back 2 days later hoping not to see her again or hoping she had a better attitude she told me if i didn’t received no paper in my PO box that meant i didn’t get anything with an attitude again and walked away. I came back in the afternoon, luckily this time the sweet older lady who has been there for yrs attended me with a smile and checked right away if my package was there and surely it was!It had been there over a week already.

I love the service of Tom, in the office, and Wayne, our postman! Wayne always waves and smiles when he sees us outside. He also treats our barking dog with the upmost animal respect. PETA would give him a gold star! What a pleasure to have both Tom and Wayne in our district!

Trying to contact them in order to provide a gift to my carrier. Called over and over and over —rings and then disconnects you. Horrible service—don’t care about customers or employees. Phone recording let’s you know everything they DON’T DO—I am still wondering what they actually do

There is no phone number that connects directly to the postal office. I need to find a package but I have nowhere to call and customer service just keeps saying that the package is forwarded. Okay so how long is it gonna take, am I able to pick it up? This system is so confusing!

I find it really pathetic that one of your delivery drivers decided to go through our mail by opening a thank you card to look for money. Really pathetic and I pity the person that has to go this low.

You know what rain or sleet or snow have in common? All weather patterns that the post office has thrown my boxes in the grass on the side of the road in. 8nstead of driving the 40 yards and playing them on the dry porch.

Donna who works at this location is an incredible addition to the team! I made a mistake by giving the wrong delivery address for a product I ordered online and was having a hard time with the situation. Donna took my name and number and ensured me she would call the next day. She called left a voicemail and made sure when my packages arrived at her location she would get it to my correct address. I work in customer service and this was going above and beyond. Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough positive things about our mail handler, Debbie. She is kind, attentive and always respect our recently carved out driveway and avoids our grass. I appreciate her kind service.
