Grocery Stores
Amazon Fresh is a nice place to go, described by some as a dream come true. The store is always clean, well thought out, and offers a huge variety of items. Reviews frequently highlight the excellent, always fresh produce and the fresh food bar, which is full of high-quality, yummy items like grains, proteins, and fresh vegetables. Many items have great, reasonable, or almost unbelievably marked down prices. The customer service is amazing and awesome, with every employee being extremely well trained, helpful, and always greeting customers with a smile. However, there are some criticisms. One reviewer was deeply disappointed by a failed online order for a specific item that was out of stock, calling the experience heartbreaking. Another noted a little disappointment that the store does not accept Apple Pay, advising customers to bring an actual card or cash. Payment options otherwise include the innovative method of waving your palm over a device or paying the old-fashioned way.
