Andy is the best worker i have ever experienced at a phone service company. Despite our major troubles he helped us for numerous hours and multiples days without complications. I thank him for fixing the problems the other stores had done.

Jason helped my with a new cell phone and Apple Watch. Everything went so smoothly that I came back for the internet service because he said I might get a better deal. He was quick knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. I am wondering why he is still only a salesman. He should be in management.

Coming from another phone company, and the staff treated me so well here gave me a nice list of options and offered me help throu the whole process and actually had stock. The last phone company I was at didn’t have any phones I was looking for. Love AT&T already

Had the best experience yesterday buying a phone and joining a phone plan. Timothy was AMAZING! I had lots of questions and he answered all of them patiently. He also treated me with respect as a trans person. I felt very safe there. Highly recommended!

I went to the Langhorne AT&T store to get help with a technical issue with a prepaid phone I purchased elsewhere. Tim, the representative who assisted me, was wonderful, patient, professional, and friendly. With his help, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks again, Tim!
