“Bought my tires from Amazon on Monday (Should have had them shipped right to the store but did not for some reason), Tires arrived Tuesday, Got an appointment for noon to have them mounted and balanced on Wednesday. Came in by 12 left by 2. John was a pleasure to speak with over the phone when making my appointment, he explained to me it’s just a better idea to get the tire shipped to the store, I will Next time! Was greeted by Mike on Wednesday and they took my vehicle in right away. 100% recommend this location, everything was fast and efficient. The communication was on point and courteous!! I will be returning to this location from now on for both our vehicles.”

I greatly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and their attention to detail. They even offered to give me a ride to pick up my rental car, and had my car ready a day earlier than expected. I rarely leave Google reviews, but I would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely use them for future repairs if needed.”

I took it again for milage oil change again this month. Once again reasonable, they are up front with you & if you car or truck needs something they will definitely tell you. So far so good.”

“MacConnell's ran a diagnostic test and fixed my car for me when I had three different warning lights come on in my 2007 rav4. I initially took my car to a different shop that was closer to home and was quoted almost $900 to fix it. I then took it to MacConnell's after my dad recommended them and they fixed everything for about $350! Honest people and quality work!”

“This man solves any & every issue, every time. I came in crying with no AC because my Ac stopped working on Sunday.... He got me a loaner car at 7:45am Monday morning just in time so I could get to work. Although the prices for the new AC was a lot (for my budget lol) he doesn't make the prices but he sure did help me so much even after coming in about 10 times a day with a million questions & each time he was super nice & answered every question I had. He is very nice & professional & gets everything done way faster then expected. My mind is at ease knowing if I ever have any issue I can come in & Jon will get it done.”
