My children had.a wonderful, memorable summer at Breezy Point. At the end of summer when.I asked how many stars out of 10 they would rate it, they agreed with 100. I thought we were signing up for a camp for them to spend some time. Little did I realize that they would create wonderful friendship and relationships with their fellow campers and counselors. The last week of camp was met with tears and groans that it cannot possibly be over yet.The ages of my children are 10, 8, 5 and 2. Each of their counselors went above and beyond to not only make sure everyone had a great time, but they created a summer family that my children will remember forever. They already cannot wait to go back and it is only the end of August. It was my two-year old's first time away from home. I was very nervous about the whole idea -- but it was just time wasted worrying. All of the counselors made sure that she was loved and felt safe. By Week 2 she was happily packing her bag to go see her counselors and friends. The staff is simply amazing.I was blown away by the grounds and the schedule the campers go through throughout their day. They are constantly busy with new and exciting activities as they rotate through periods like swimming, arts and crafts, story telling and music, nature, archery, drama and lots of different sports. Each week held a new and exciting Breezy Point tradition. My children's favorite included Halloween in July, Disney Week, Sr. Camp After Dark, Color Day, Jr. Camp Sing and Sr. Camp Cheer. If you ask they their favorite thing about BP, be prepared to sit a while. We will be lifelong Breezy Point campers and are so grateful to the owners and staff for going above and beyond. Just when I thought life for my kids couldn't get much better, I would hear about a new experience, read about a new event coming up or would see photos from their counselors that just shows how much the campers mean to Breezy Point. BP is not just a camp, it's a family.I cannot recommend Breezy Point enough to anyone who is considering.

Breezy Point Day Camp is an amazing and super fun experience. My daughter cannot stop talking about all the wonderful activities that she got to participate in. She loved all the lessons like swimming, art, and archery. My daughter made lots of new friends too. Breezy Point made her summer one to remember.

What a shame, nothing like the old breezy point. Half the size it used to be and management could care less about its staff, it’s only a business now, not a family like it once was.

I went to Breezy, I was a camp counselor at breezy, and now our boys go to Breezy. It is such a special place, there is nothing like it. The teachers and staff are amazing, as our the grounds, and our boys learn so much every day.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Breezy Point Day School & Camp! We sent our three kids to both the school & camp and sadly our youngest just finished her last year there. Our kids not only had a great time and outstanding education, but most importantly we never had any doubt of the loving care they were receiving while there. Everyone who works there genuinely loves what they do & the children they are surrounded by- and it shows! Breezy Point is truly one of a kind!! :)

Both of my children went to the day school and they had an amazing experience. They have a phenomenal program to educate your child while still letting them have fun. I would recommend if you’re looking for a pre-k3 or pre-k or even kindergarten to attend Breezy Point! The teachers are wonderful and the staff is amazing!

ETA: their response is absolutely UNTRUE!!!! They’re delusional! The TV thing in the cellphone I SAW with my own eyes. In the middle of the day, not after hours. They have no toys in the bunks or activities and the children are bored out of their mind for long periods of time while the other children are changing, putting on sunscreen or napping. Talking about napping – they nap DIRECTLY ON THE FLOOR. Not carpet. Those cold stone floors. Save your children a horrible experience and don’t send them there!!! just check below the review from a previous counselor. Also, forget about attending the bunk shows - parents are not allowed because they don’t have parking. Is just very subpar , in spite of the appearance. They make the kids seat through morning assemble for an hour each morning, even for the 3 year-olds. They watch TV EVERY DAY. I mean, full 2 hour movies. Not even in a normal TV, but in a TINY screen of the counselor’s cellphone, for the whole bunk (that is 15 kids watching a 2 hour movie in a cellphone). A year later and my kids are still having nightmares about that place.I do not recommend this place. They do not support families and the well-being of the children if they encounter a problem, no matter how easy it is to fix. They lack professionalism and they have no problem insulting families with whoever they feel like. They say parents are welcomed, but that is not true. They will call you “a pain” if you visit. The camp looks good on the outside but the management is rotten.

The unprofessionalism within this camp is unreal. The directors and the owners are very impolite and just overall ignorant. I just recently quit being a counselor today because of how rude they were to not only me, but kids as well. Since working there i’ve noticed kids getting screamed harshly, kids being singled out from their group, kids not being able to participate in activities because they are so called “bad”, and just overall the disrespect that they give everyone. They are very unfit to run this business. I’ve worked at a summer camp before and they should be making everyone feel loved, comfortable, and appreciated. I felt NONE of those. My two cousins still go there and they cry almost everyday because of how unhappy they are. I definitely do not recommend.
