Currently here for the 2 for 25 sale. I’ve been in line for 35 minutes and still counting. There’s still 5 people in front of me. The line to stuff the bears is so long it’s ridiculous. They have two people at the registers and one person filling bears. Extremely counter productive especially because the line for the filler is 4x as long as the line to check out. There’s no way you knew this sale was happening and still decided to not prepare and have people standing in an over crowded and HOT store waiting to get a couple of bears made.

I took my great niece to build a bear. She loves it there. We don't get there a whole lot, It is expensive . Great time

Went in to get a bear. Workers were obviously distracted, not very engaging. Weird social behaviors and odd topics of conversation were brought up. Didn’t feel family friendly and was lack luster

I was there around 2:15 today. The workers were cranky and seemed like they didn't want to do their job The worker sighed, when she was asked to help us build a bear.

The worker theresa was there today when we stopped in to celebrate our niece’s birthday. She was friendly & made the experience fun! She was knowledgable and personable. :)

We visited because my daughter's BAB cow had a hole. They doctored up her cow and we got a cute outfit. Friendly and kind.

Great store overall, staff was super friendly and helpful. Other customers (Victoria Toussaint) can be an issue tho, she was seen destroying the store and rude to staff. Even with that going on the staff were able to help me and my kid have a great experience.

Horrible experience one of the lady’s was being so rude to my friends and l her name was Lizzy all we did was go into the store and l was giggling and she was telling us to not Start and how she can kick us out even though we were minding our business. Then when we were checking out my friend couldn’t hear Lizzy and kept saying huh because she has hearing problems then the Lady said l didn’t know l was speaking a different language so nasty and rude l’m not even making this up, These other group of kids came in laughing and she didn’t say nothing to them mind you when we were in the store she kept giving me death stare and keeping track of us like a hulk. Then when it was finally time for my friends and l to pay my friend gave her a extra amount and she said you didn’t have to give me all of this money dude in a nasty way l would give this a 0 review but l sadly can’t but she was so disrespectful l hope she gets in trouble for this very rude experience. Never coming back in there again and making sure my friends and family don’t her name was also LIZZY again

Walked in and went to get a bear for my cousins belated birthday and we went as a group for her bear. Worker there had an attitude with us while we were there the whole time. We chose to put a voice message for her bear telling her we love her a lot (in Spanish), we were a bit skittish when deciding to say something into the voice thing and we laughed as well, which got caught in the voice message. He asked one of my cousins (the birthday girl) what we said maybe he thought we said something bad on there?? not too sure about that one. She thought it was a sweet and cute message and told that to the staff member and he said “well that’s one way to put it” ALSO he was calling us bad friends for not knowing what to say to her voice box on the spot?? ?He was giving this attitude to my younger sister for not rubbing the little fabric heart between her hands good enough?? (she didn’t because she thought the whole thing was just awkward) It made me and my cousins very uncomfortable the whole time there. This was my first time ever going to a build a bear and definitely my last it was a very uncomfortable and awkward experience for a place that’s supposed to be joyful and happy

Not very friendly. No one knows what they’re doing. Can’t even get the store ready to be open on time. Manager very rude.
