Marc and his team were very nice as well as efficient with getting my repair completed. I called them on a random morning and Marc was able to squeeze me in bc he had a cancellation for an estimate, and when I dropped my car off it was less than a week before I got her back.

Not a good experience. If you get Michael you will have to follow up to make sure all work is done. He doesn’t have the decency to call you if work isn’t done and you are notified by text work is done .

I Would absolutely recommend CARSTAR. Process from start to finish, was easy. Can’t tell I had damage to my car, looks like new. Excellent workmanship and customer service is exceptional. Good job!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and serene. Mark told me the details of the work to be done and not to worry. Shelly took my calls and notified me of (if) any changes. They had my 2015 Tahoe done ahead of time and SPARKLING CLEAN when returned. Also, they complemented me on a well kept vehicle. I would recommend and return for collision repair service.

Purchased the car a yr ago for my daughter at the time we had to wait for it bc at the time I was told a panel had to be painted because their pressure washer they used to clean it pulled paint off. Didnt think anything of it until less than a year later. Paint was peeling off the car in multiple areas. After researching Hyundai showed it was a defect among white Elantra's and under ann extended w warranty. Took it to the dealership for an oil change and the paint. Took over 2 weeks (multiple calls in to them) to get service to finally tell me it wasn't all covered (even though the VIN shows it is). In total they found 12 panels that had to be repainted at a cost of 1200 to me. The paint department did an amazing job but I am disappointed in service, their lack of communication and Hyundai's advertising of the extended warranty of a known problem

Very happy with our truck repairs. This is the second time we needed to get repairs done and used Carstar, and wont be the last! They are always very professional, do a great job, and the customer service is excellent. thank you for caring about what you do! they kept us informed throughout the whole process and it was done sooner than expected.

CarStar is my go-to place for body work, unfortunately and fortunately. They always fix my car right, the first time. If I have any concerns, they address them right away and their lines of communication are top notch. You always know what's going on.
I hope to never need their services again, but should I need them, their number is saved as a favorite, on my phone.
