Love Chicos! Clothes are comfortable and well made and the sales associates are so helpful and don't push you to buy anything! Very pleasant experience. And the best thing is I'm only a size 2. LOL ? (actually I'm a 14, but the way they size things I'm only a 2.)

Today around 3PM, I had a most disappointing shopping experience at Chico’s.Three sales staff hovered around the register, chatting, and when I asked a question, my arm full of things I wanted to try, one woman simply answered the question and resumed her chat. None of them offered to take my clothes to a fitting room or help in any way.Finally I asked a younger staff member if she could take the garments from my arms to a fitting room.No niceties at the register either.Is this the new service guidelines at Chico’s now?

I have been shopping the Langhorne store for years. Always greeted with a smile and politeness. I called today and spoke with Denise on the phone. She was very rude and sarcastic. She eventually was able to help me but I sure hope she treats others with the kind and professional manner that she should use. Thank you.

A salesperson named Mary accosted and attacked my mother. my mother said she did not want a fitting room not once, twice, thrice, but FOUR times. Mary verbally attacked her and raised her voice at my mother, to the point where the whole store was staring. My mom and I registered a formal complaint and we will take it to the top. Mary literally yelled at my mother, a customer, who politely said she did not require a changing room. will never shop here again and will tell everyone we know about this experience!
