“I always have a good experience with my local Old Navy. I recently ran in to return an online order that didn't fit right. Jerome helped me out. He was pleasant and quickly processed my return. Store is clean and organized. As a plus size woman, Old Navy is my favorite store for leggings and jeans! The leggings are so super soft and last forever.”

“I just had my baby a few months ago and wanted to give Carter’s a try. I walked in during a great sale and been to this location twice. All due to Morgan, an employee who really goes above and beyond. She is always so kind and helpful, everytime I have visited this location. I was having trouble with the app and she guided me in the right direction to get it resolved. As well as, really listening to what I needed to get for my baby! “Lovely store. Have been going there for years! The service is always wonderful and helpful. They really know their floor stock good. Has the feel of a neighborhood store! You can go in, chat, enjoy yourself, and pick up some basics for your closet! Last few seasons i felt the clothes were a bit disconnected from reality… this season’s items seem to be much better! Reminiscent of old Gap. Quality pf fabrics are absolutely better the. Last few years.”

“I never had a bad experience except....today well right now actually its Sunday night & its the last day for me to do my in store pick up so I check the hours that supposedly were updated just 5 days ago. Anyways I get here @6:23pm & BOOM! They are closed & yet their hours clearly state they are open from 9am til 7pm on Sunday. Yea i thought thats a little late for Sunday surely I was expecting 5pm maybe 6 but hey it was just updated, I'll go before closing so ill be in & out Ha! Jokes on me hopefully they still have my pick up tomorrow!”
“The H&M at Franklin Mall is pretty spacious and well-organized. They sometimes have a really nice collection, especially during seasonal drops or sales. It’s worth stopping by if you’re already in the mall — you might find some great pieces!”
“We must have gone at a busy time because the security had to let us in the store. Once we walk in the store a bit, the line was wrapped but not as bad as I have seen. The inventory was stocked well. They had a lot of sports clothing and dress items for men. I was able to get some really nice male gifts. I also wanted a hanging fruit basket. They had many but not the kind I wanted to hang by the window.
I also returned a gift. Be aware that for the time being you can only return items you purchased at this location. The cashier stated they have not updated their system for returns from other stores.”
