“So im going to put 5 stars because they are so much better then penndel but not fuly better. I absolutely love my therapist and my kids love theirs but they cant help with family court to protect your kids thats just absolutely insane to me.. If your kids are having a crisis they wont write more then one doctor note which is ridiculous to me they want the primary doctor to write the note when the primary doctor is not treating them for their mental health!!!!! Because these are children really young children we are talking about that are really struggling but family services refuses to help? Its a damn letter!. And im furious! Penndel i NEVER HAD an issue getting letters for court or any letter i needed. Are you sure your there for kids? And safety for them physically and mentally? Therapist says one thing knows what's going on knows the crisis. Says she'll write notes but family services says no. Not the therapists fault at all so im not mad at her. Shes one of my favorites their but Its bull. Other then that its clean and friendly people !! Especially lisa in the office shes the best!!! So friendly! Very caring! Deserves a raise!”

“when I first started looking for residential schools for my son first thing I did go on google read reviews I said oh no my child would not be going here I visited 6 school some too far from home others shared rooms and others I just didn’t like I had no choice but to attend this school let me tell you from the minute I arrived I said wow I was amazed I felt so comfortable I met every staff I asked every question my son is 19 has been attending woods since February of 23 I waited this long to leave a review because I had to how things played out I see my son on his tablet everyday I visit my son every weekend I cook his favorite food when I go I always make sure he has his favorite snacks and so far everything been great the residential manager is amazing always returns my call no bruises, no marks his room is clean his clothes always clean, you have to work as a team you can’t just throw your kid away and expect everything to be ok yes it’s been days he wasn’t his best but I seen better days than bad I speak to his teachers I know every staff in the residential building 11 Willow way rocks I know some days workers are overwhelmed at times yes I know is not an easy job but when you leave your trust in God and work with them everything is easier every time I go visit Brian it amazes me how much he has changed he is not aggressive he is not anxious he don’t even call me as much as he used to lol but I call everyday 3 times on FaceTime the main key is be active with the school, work together I tell you I am amazed I see him first thing in the morning and every night before bed, my advice please don’t let these review make a decision for you go see for yourself but please be an involved parent”
