Called on Sunday June 8th because the PA for my husband's medication was finally approved. I asked the PT how much our copay was for the medication now that it was finally approved and he told me $0, which to me didn't sound right at first but the person I was speaking to told me that was what they were seeing. The next day I drove down there to pick up the medication since I got the text saying it was in stock and ready for pickup, the woman behind the counter asks if I was aware there was a high copay, to which I said one of their techs told me over the phone it was $0. The medication was actually $1800 and even with the manufacturer's savings program we couldn't afford the medication and told them to put it back to stock. Had I'd been told when I called the day before about the high copay I wouldn't have wasted my time going there to pick it up and walking around the store trying to get copay assistance. When I told the PT and the RPH someone there had told me it was $0 they just shrugged it off. Your Pharmacy Techs or whoever is taking customer calls needs to learn how to correctly run claims since clearly whoever told me it was $0 didn't know what they were looking at.

This Pharmacy is great, but it could be greater! the problem is they have these people stuffed into the small can of space when the store actually fit in the pharmacy and the pharmacy can fill the store, that’s how busy they are. They have no room for anything people are running into each other, which causes things to be slow!

Cannot say enough about Joy in the pharmacy. Always helpful and she knows our scripts. Feel totally safe with her handling our medications and she never fails to try and save us money whenever she can. She always takes time to answer any questions we have. Great place to get your scripts.

I lost my medication I had picked up and was leaving for a trip the next day. I was in a panic and the pharmacist was able to help me with getting the medication I needed while on my trip. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful.

Do NOT expect your medicine in a timely manner or any customer service skills from the employees. Probably best to change pharmacies.

Didn't really care for it being inside of Target but I did have a question staff was very helpful and courteous walk to me to the product which I appreciate it
