The store from first glance looks organized but upon further inspection they use the wrong signage on several displays. Misleading prices due to the display shoe and the signs being incorrectly matched. When bringing this issue to the register the manager is very rude and blames all customers on this issue. Wouldn’t have mind about the simple mix up but the way the manager spoke about it and approached it was very accusatory and rude.

Terrible selection for kids, don't waste your time there if that is what you are looking for. Women's selection is good, the store is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

A big selection of shoes. Bad selection of sizes. It's very hard to find a shoe you like in your size. Every time we have gone, we walk out with nothing and go to famous footwear where you can actually order your size in a shoe you want if they don't have it. Prices at DSW are so high for the shoes. They mark the show up and then say they have it on sale. Go to famous footwear and pay a cheaper price when the shoe is on sale. STAY AWAY FROM DSW AND GO TO FAMOUS FOOTWEAR

I go to this store out of habit. It's unfortunately not a go to store. 95% of the time I come out empty handed. It's not DSW's fault but I wish they carried more wide styles. Shoe manufacturers have to realize there are many like me who during covid, those who worked from home wore slippers, flip flops or no shoes have wider feet and are finding it quite difficult to fit traditional shoes that are not wide, still stylish and not stilettos. Just want more wide options.. so if the buyer is listening please think of us as a consumer.

Checked out this DSW Location today and what a waste of time. The store is full of whole bunch of nothing! No decent or brand shoes at all. Kidds section for boys pretty much has just the sign and no items. Half of the store is a mess. Very sad.

The store is well stocked. The items are well displayed and appear to be of good quality. The prices are too high in my opinion.
