This is an amended review from an old review. Today we had our new unit serviced at its one year anniversary by Ryan Keating. He did an outstanding job of servicing our heat pump and oil burner and setting us up with our hot water heater for the winter . He was trained by Jason who did an outstanding job teaching him because he was excellent ! ECI Comfort is an outstanding company! (Old review from 1 year ago)We decided to go with a whole new heating and air conditioning system so we installed a heat pump, we also installed a new boiler and a hot water heater. Our system was over 30 years old so it just was time. The new system we installed is highly energy efficient, much better than the old systems. They also installed three new vents and the job was neat and clean. The crew that they sent to do the job could not have been any more professional. They all knew what their job was and what to do and also took time to explain to my wife and I what they were doing. I would like to name some of the employees Jayson, Jim, Matt, Mike, James, Nick and Majesty all top notch technicians. There were also a few other guys there too and I didn't get their names but everyone was on their A game. Khris set me up with the system and walked me through everything so that we would have a very energy efficient and smart way to run our house winter and summer. This company is big enough that if you have a problem and you need something done they will get it done and get it done quickly. They are not too big that they don't give you perfect service! A very good company with prompt service and professional personnel. The next sentences are from an older review. We recently switched to ECI and are very happy with the service we had a problem with our heater and Jayson came out and did a thorough job figuring out the problem, which was not easy. We recommend their company due to the fact that they are diligent and they have a large crew so they can take care of you at any time of day or night. This is a problem for some companies but not them, very friendly staff in the office and very easy to work with. Try them you will not be sorry.

James and Nico removed and installed both units the same day. A very cold day at that. They were very professional and courteous. They left the area spotless. Answered any questions I had. Great install.

Jason and Hugh did a great job of troubleshooting the issues I was having with my heat, ran out to get the parts and fixed the problem the same day. They explained their findings and were transparent with the costs. I would use them again for sure!

We recently had our Trane XL1200 air condition system replaced by ECI Comfort. It was a rock solid performer since we built our house 38 years ago and I was looking for a company that would give us quality installation of new Trane equipment. I found it with ECI Comfort. From the very beginning, I was impressed. Matt presented several options for replacement systems and gave us very competitive pricing. We chose a Trane 17 Multi Speed Heat Pump which qualified for tax credits and further reduced our expense.
The installers Dan, Mike and Majesty were courteous, neat and professional. We had concerns over what may occur in removing the old equipment from the attic and installing the new air handler, but they were extremely neat and careful and it went fine. A follow up visit by Nick to check on the system was appreciated and he was very courteous and friendly.
I have no hesitation in recommending ECI Comfort to anyone looking for quality work.

ECI did a phenomenal job installing a high velocity system, mini splits and a new boiler in my old home. They were professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful about my family's comfort.
