The gentleman Kenn it’s a 5 star plus!!
He was busy the 2 hours I waited and was so nice to everyone ,polite and help. He was the only one working and looked like he was doing the job of 2 others. He deserves a pay raise!! Firestone is a luck company to have him as an employee.

Not the type of person to typically leave reviews but I just had to give a shout out to Ken and his awesome customer service. I just moved to the area and wasn’t sure where to go to get a new tire after getting a flat and the first 2 places I called made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Ken was the only person i spoke with that genuinely seemed to care and squeezed me in even though i could tell they were busy! Thanks again Ken. I know where I will be going for any maintenance going forward!

It was 6.30pm I found out I had a screw in my tire on the way back from Trenton NJ. I walked into Firestone and was immediately greeted by Ken who told me not to worry. They had my tire fixed inside 30 minutes, a huge sigh of relief left my mind. This is the place I'm coming from now on for all my cars needs. The customer service was fantastic. Try them out , you won't be disappointed.

I got a flat tire on the way to my son’s birthday party in Langhorne. Billy from Langhorne Firestone was so helpful and prompt in getting my new tire put on. I highly recommend this store!

The Firestone in Langhorne was so helpful. They repaired my brakes for a fraction of the cost that a competitor quoted. They were courteous, prompt, and professional. I will be returning.

No coffee or water and no customer wifi. Plus notice where their only handicap parking is located. It may be legal, but definitely says a lot about ownership.

Way too expensive. Over $2,000 for brakes and shocks. Would not budge on the pricing.
