I bought a 2025 Elentra and the complete car care warranty which stated any dent up to 4” and 3” deep would be covered, so anyway someone hit my passengers front door and put a dent about the size of a quarter with paint chipped. So I make appointment to take my car in for repair and I’m told because it’s in a seam and the paint is chipped they will not cover it. But the things is your not told that when you buy the warranty, they make it sounds like it’s the best thing you can do with a new car. I’m so discussed with it. It also makes me wonder if something else happens will that be covered. So I’m just saying be careful before going there to purchase a car, they are not honest . I’m pissed at myself for letting them talk me into this car , when I was also looking at a Nissan. My son has a Nissan and has never had an issue with any part of his warranty from dents to tires. Just beware.

They keep deleting my review. I’m back because this review should be kept on this site because customers have a right to know. last year… I was looking for a truck… I had preapproval from my bank and they showed me a truck. Then the guy told me his friend is going to buy the truck today too. Told me my bank preapproval won’t kick in on time and I NEED to finance with them in order to get the truck. Pressure sales. I told them no and I left. I then went to CarMax and got a newer, younger, better truck delivered for $5,000 cheaper. Anyways… they will try and delete this again, I will be back again. They wasted my entire day. Wasted my time. Saw I really wanted the truck and wanted to take advantage. Save yourself time, try Carmax

If I could have given a negative star review I would have. Just returned from a trip to Fred Beans from New Jersey to see a pre owned vehicle that was on their website. I was told it was in stock. They confirmed my appointment this morning. Upon arrival the salesman informed me that the vehicle was not there. I have been communicating with Molly and Julia all week and set this appointment for today. Apparently I was lied to all along. This is their tactic to get people in. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Had a bad experience working with the dealership. Found a truck listed on there website. Made the mistake of filling out my information. Scheduled a text drive Texts emails and calls all day long to make sure i was still headed in from the dealership. When i get there the truck listed is no where to be found but they could show me trucks double the price. Long story short i brought a ram

After my wife and I went into fred beans To price a car we decided That the monthly payment was too high.We said thank you And left.
The general manager Dave Principato Texted my wife six more times to try and convince her to buy the car.
I finally gave him my number and told him to call me.I felt He was harassing her.
He would not.
Call me , he had the sales person austin , call me instead.
Very unprofessional all the way around.
I would never buy a car from Fred Beans Because of this situation.

Bought a 2024 F250 from this place, days after speedometer gets stuck and i noticed a wobble in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Took the car to a dealership, at first it was 4 days to fix and i had to leave the truck there. After 4 days they tell me another week which ran into a weekend so i was out a truck two weeks, mind you it’s my first commercial vehicle. Never again will I buy a ford especially from here. Dennis told me he would help me get my first month paid this and that and disappeared on me. And if you call ford customer relations and ford pay they send you on endless run arounds telling you call this number and that number.
A couple months later and this truck is still giving me issues with the radio and the driving is not the smoothest. The owner replied saying he tried to help me at his dealership but they actually tried to take the truck for 2 days when i live in a different state and told me it would basically be my issue to find a ride or place to stay. Mind you they told me they would help me get the month paid for and to this day still havent done anything to make it right. At this point it is what it is but if i can save someone from this stress and headache, steer away from this dealership. They have made me never want to walk into a Ford dealership again.

I dropped the car off for an oil change and a brake inspection at 9am and didn’t get the car back until 4pm. 7 hours for an oil change is insane and I had to take it upon myself to call several times throughout the day to get an update. Half the times I called I was told someone would call me back and they never did. They didn’t even install the brake pads because I could not afford for it to be an all day appointment

Meh... We came here looking for a vehicle and we're overall disappointed in their luxury stock. Nothing on the lot for the "newest year" was a basic package and they wanted to upsell every upgrade they decided we needed. We considered Ford but this dealership demonstrated exactly why we'll stay Jeep.

The service people and mechanics are great. The sales people are absolute con artists! Do not ever buy a car or truck from them. I bought a certified used 2017 f150 from them and 2 years later replacing the engine. The engine was covered by an extra warranty not ford. In the process of them doing that they had to replace all the heater hoses, starter, ext, because they were completely rusted out. Feel apart in their hands. Everything was rusted like it was sitting in a lake. I call the sales manager and he said “to bad, used car”. But in more bs words. I take part of the blame for not looking into it better but how can they certify this?? I had to replace the tires 3 months in. The things totally rusted out. I didn’t park it in a swamp for 2 years! Never again will I deal with a Fred Beans place!

Recently purchased a 2021 Mustang, Im pretty sure a facebook marketplace deal would’ve been more professional. First car that I looked at was great, everything seemed alright and we get ready to start the paperwork, and only then was it mentioned that serious transmission work was needed and the car would need to sit at the dealer for at least a week before I could pick it up, I had mentioned I was leaving town the next day… couldn’t have said that sooner?
Second car, ending up buying this one, sales was more interested in dealer-add ons and finding any way to add a few dollars to the sale price. Our rep went through their entire pitch and negotiations before my dad and I had to ask about some small things such as “what’s the monthly payment and interest rate?” Wasn’t mentioned by anyone until we had to ASK.
For the car itself, the technician (if you can call them that) didn’t look over this car clearly. The oil needed to be changed and was low, the tires were at various pressure levels (50 on passenger front, 30 on passenger rear). I would’ve expected at least these items to be taken care of.
Overall, I spent over 4 hours here when it was mentioned time was of the essence, filled with mind-numbing frustration and moments that felt like pulling teeth, would not, and will not buy another vehicle here. At least the complimentary water was cold.
EDIT: Purchased March 9th - Ford Mustang High Performance in Antimatter Blue (shown in front of trade-in, in your lot, across from the Honda Dealer you're located at). Thank you for reinforcing why I won't be returning.

My car is currently at Fred Beans Langhorne for oil change and inspection. They called over 45 minutes ago to tell me "suggested" maintenance, which is overpriced. They told me they'd call and let me know when the car is done. It's been over 45 minutes, so I called to see if like in years past they "forgot" to call. The guy got snippy because I called. He still after 45 minutes doesn't have my paperwork. That's ridiculous! So, here we sit waiting for "paperwork." Yesterday, they called telling my husband his car was done and when we got there, the car was still on the lift.

If I could give this dealership a zero or even negative stars I would. I went here to buy a 2021 car from them that stated it was Ford certified, clearly was not because within 3 days of owning the car the transmission crapped out. I called to get it serviced and they couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks. As of currently they still have my car and are still waiting for parts, they have had my car longer than I have and I have even made a payment on a car I have yet to drive for a month! In the past my parents have as well had issues with them and their warranty deals, stating that conveniently enough that issue the car was having was not covered under the 2000$ warranty. I am telling you do not go here to purchase a car, they may be nice at first but the cars they are selling are not checked before putting them on the market. I will never buy from them again and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone! Worst car experience I have ever had!

Went there today with a very nice trade in. I know many people in the business of buying cars and selling cars for a living and all of them told me my trade should be valued at $20,000. I went there because they had a nice truck that would suit be and my family very well. When they looked at my trade, they came back with an offer of $15,000. I did not accept the offer and when the salesman heard what I wanted he actually laughed. Not a good way to do business. Will never be returning.

BEWARE. I would leave negative stars if I could. My experience with Fred Beans Service Dept has been horrendous. I'd go somewhere else but it's the only Ford dealer in the area. We have a 2021 california special mustang. We had to get our windsheild replaced and had to call them multiple times just for them to order the windsheild and schedule an appointment, to then find a small dent which we believe happened while the car was in their care, and an open safety blade on the leather seat. Then had to take it in for inspection and tires and they put regular oil in it instead of full synthetic (which is the only oil that is recommended), scratched our rims, broke an air valve on one tire, which is now leaking air after just paying $1600 for tires. Complete negligence and incompetence from start to finish. I'll be placing a better business bureau complaint and a charge back on my credit card, and filing a lawsuit if necessary.
