Based on the reviews, Jefferson Bucks Hospital is always clean. The staff are always kind and courteous. The nurses and doctors are absolutely amazing and do their absolute best for their patients. They took the time to fully understand what a patient was dealing with, and patients appreciate being treated with respect. The x-ray technician is superb, friendly, efficient, competent, and compassionate. The front desk and radiology check-in also provide excellent service, and the valet is wonderful. The staff, from entry to exit, make procedures like a yearly cat scan seamless. The hospital also has a mailbox-like container in the entrance area to safely dispose of sharps, which is very convenient. Patients recommend Jefferson Hospital totally, having had a good experience in every department.
