Visited on Election Day. Mall was not busy. Rude cashier at Annie Anne's on second floor. Kids as old as 8 playing in the gym area for kids under 5. Oblivious parents.

Hey Yelp. I'm giving this place an 5 Star for the best mall ever. Love their store's. Anyway i heard it through the grapvine that they are closing all Macy's store and a lot of JCP Penny, but and yes there is a but unfortunately JCP PENNY will still be OPENED. PEOPLE NEED TO GET THEIR STORY STRAIGHT. There is an article that saids OXFORD VALLEY MALL JC PENNEY will be open FOREVER, because of the simple fact that my HUSBAND WORKS IN JCP PENNY OPTICAL and HE TALKED TO HIS HEAD SUPERVISOR. ALSO Why would it be Closed when they make so much money and that their CORPORATE OFFICE is right next to it? They are saying 18 stores will be closing down all Macy's and JC Penney but where my husband works at IS NOT CLOSING DOWN. So for the people who think they know everything STFU thank you come again!!!!!!

I we to Oxford Valley Mall at Macy's because I saw things on the floor and it is not picked up. I am giving this place 1 Star.

The play area in this mall needs a gate on the play area as too children can run out n leave. Especially seeing this today while the care taker was on their phone.

Nice to visit this mall. It used to be such an amazing place. Now it's still holding up.its ok. You can get what you need. They have WiFi. I miss olgas Greek food! But I was able to pic up some stuff no matter what!!

I enjoy shopping at JCPenneys at the Oxford Valley Mall. The Associates there are so helpful and great. I would like to especially thank you Ollie, Carol, and the outstanding store manager, Annette. You are outstanding people and you are the reason I come back so much!! Many Thanks again,

Its a nice neighborhood mall but it needs more verity of stores and also some renovations. Food court space definitely needs new chairs.

So I went to get an appliance package (fridge,stove, dishwasher and microwave) and Craig (salesman) and Annette (manager) made it happen!

The 1 star is for the santa at the mall as of dec 9 2017 he has a terrible attitude. And actually yelled at my mom in front my kids and if u dont like ur job stay the hell home. And bring back santa scott
