first time ever at any lane bryant location, i needed to purchase new bra’s so i figured if anywhere would have the proper size and style for me it would be here. and let me just say that was the complete opposite of what i experienced. i just spent an hour in there searching through the racks which were in disarray, i found that it was almost impossible to find anything because of how cluttered the racks were. i was completely ignored by the staff for the entirety of my visit apart from me asking if they had my size in stock and was given the response of “whatever is out is what we have or you can order it online” i’m sorry but if i wanted to order a bra online i would have already done that. no effort was made to assist me even after inquiring about availability. all the workers were literally just standing around. it was me and two other customers in there and around 4-5 workers in the front of the store. i was in a pinch so i had to grab whatever they had remotely close to my size, which is money wasted in my opinion. needless to say i definitely won’t be back.

Shipping here, when Kristina/Christina is working is a breeze. Other workers (I’ve yet meet all) are not as detailed or helpful/friendly. I had a great clothing option chosen and asked for a second pair. I specified exact cut/size/color. My fault partially for not following through and simply trying them on, but the worker was INSISTING it was correct. Got home (30 min drive) only to find out they weren’t boot cut. Now the store is outta stock and I’m told won’t restock until Fall 2024 and online is outta stock too. Very unhappy that a store can’t carry products and assist properly.

The ladies there was very helpful, very knowledgeable took their time out to size me and even gave me a store that carry my bra size due to They didn’t carry my size in store and or
online. I really appreciate the ladies there they help me so much.

Stacy was amazing! Very helpful too. I was sad when I found THE pair of pants for work but only one was left in stock in my size but I don't blame her for that, these things happen. :)

I had purchased an item online that was the wrong size and the ladies here were so thoughtful, friendly, and most important patient. The sales lady took her time and helped me to find exactly what I needed. This is the store I will always return too simply because of the hospitality and organization of store.

This staff at this location consistently disappoints. I walk in and there’s no greeting. Someone else, of a different ethnicity walks in and the staff falls all over themselves to greet them. I will never shop here again.
