A locked door greets potential customers. I had to call them from outside the door to find out that they were closed for lunch

The staff is really nice but the testing is inaccurate. Prob should retrain the technicians or let patients swab themselves.

Called to confirm they were opened to 5, drove to site, doors were locked at 4:50 upon my arrival. Called the number on the door and the lady unfortunately couldn't get a hold of anyone at this location.
