Brought back an outfit and tried to exchange it, had a gift receipt and they would only give me half the price of what the dress was bought for because of was now on sale. Never ever heard of such a thing. If someone paid ninety six dollars for an outfit, then you get a ninety six dollars store credit. Shame on this store. Never going in again.

Their clothes are so boring, but I was treated nicely by the staff and they explained their ongoing sale at the time. Things were neatly arranged, but I didn't end up finding anything remotely interesting

I love Loft but I had a couple of bad experience with this same sales person in Langhorne store. This location is near my house but I am hesitant to go to this store because of this one particular sales person who is very rude. One time I questioned on the price for the item on the special price sales rack because the price was different when she rang it and her answer was that they put some garment that were not that price in that particular sales rack because they did not have enough rack. Without saying any apology she gave me a unpleasant look.

There is a manager there who is always miserable. She is so rude,all the other sales girls are so nice and very helpful but this woman whostands behind the cash register barking at her employees and being so nasty when I refuse to open a card or give my email. I will never sh there again that woman ruined the entire experience for me
