I am thrilled with the Laser Red paint work done on my ‘02 Mustang. The Maaco crew went over everything they planned to do and completed in time (1 week turnaround). I recommend the Pendell, PA Maaco wholeheartedly.

The communication, easy drop off, and easy pick up were very impressive. We feel as though the car got a very professional good looking paint job for a reasonable price. We would like to thank Tim, Tom, and the crew for a very detailed job. We would highly recommend this location.

Overall the full body paint job and dent fixing meets/exceeds expectations for the price paid. I am watching to see how it holds up over time. The service did not meet expectations. They took 10 days when I was 5 and they didn’t proactively reach out with any information (I had to call). If you are expecting great customer service and need your car asap, don’t use. If you have additional time and no need for the car, quality appears good for the price.

This was my second car painted here and I received great service to go with a great paint job both times. They make sure to explain all the options to choose from along with the pros and cons of each. I would suggest getting the higher tier paint options which is definitely worth it and is better priced than a lot of other shops.

Easy to work with. Honest and reliable. Did excellent work on my my '92 Roadmaster sedan. I had used them years ago on a VW Passat. Thomas helped me both times. Would definitely use them again.

Worse place ever there painter gave me one of the most disrespectful attitudes in front of management and management completely ignored it and told me to leave while my car still had a huge dent on my hood which they repaired and the paint job was terrible wouldn’t recommend anyone to this shop the owner Tom seems to not care because he let his painter employee totally disrespect me And use profanity In front of him and the owner said nothing I called corporate and they said they have a zero tolerance policy however owner Tom did nothing and there’s a video circulating on Reddit of this same painter fighting employees and arguing with other employees complete terrible
