I was down to the very last day to fill taxes which I usually do myself online however this year would not let me e-file so my father in law told me about the guy John he has been going to for years and even tho they weren't accepting new customer they still took us in right before the deadline and got our taxes filed. I will definitely continue to go back and have my taxes filed with John every year. Oh and the price we were charged to file was not bad at all!!

I was recommended to John Martell by a coworker. He is excellent! He's extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. It takes maybe 20 minutes for him to process your return and he's always on point with the refund time. If he says you will get your refund in 2 weeks, it's deposited in 2 weeks. He's so good at what he does, I wouldn't trust my return with anyone else. To top it off, his prices are very reasonable and priced accordingly. I would highly recommend John Martell to anyone looking to get their taxes done!

I've been coming here with my parents since I was kid. I Always look forward to come. Everyone is friendly and the game room makes the short wait fun. John is always quick and efficient. Taxes always done correct and in a reasonable time.

I had my taxes done by him this year. For the amount paid for him to do them, it shouldn't of gotten screwed up. I asked for direct deposit and provided my new banking information. Well, it appears it wasn't sent there because the bank kicked it back which means he didnt type the numbers correctly and he was handed my check book. Screwing it up was practically impossible. Now, I have to wait WEEKS to get it in the mail instead of getting it this upcoming week like I was supposed to.
