My wife dropped off her 2019 Ford F150 for the service department to look at. When the service department called her back they stated it would be a total of $500.00 before looking at the vehicle because of no warrenty. Then proceeded to treat her as if she was a child and had no understanding of mechanics. He stated that cars and trucks now days are like UFOs they have a lot of gadgets in them. Also mentioned that his mechanic need to get paid. Then proceeded to tell her that she may need a new transmission with out even looking at it. My wife understands that there is money involved to do a dianogstic but to berate her is uncalled for. We got our truck and took it to a different Ford dealer !! We will never ever deal with Fred Beans for any new cars/trucks etc. I do not appreciate my wife being treated this way.

Bait and Switch! Wasted my Friday today driving down from Nj to PA where I get a call 5 mins before pulling into the lot to test drive a Transit then once I got to the lot to sales man has a tough time finding the van but knew to walk all the way back of the lot where magically the van is siting there wit a big fat sold sign dated this morning. So it was sold within the 2 hours I show up to test drive the van. They open at 9am. Then of course salesman offers to show me other vans which are older and worse condition (door didn't close). Stay away from Fred Beans! Not going to PA again for a car. Waste of my time and day!

From start to finish, the expetience was enjoyable. All of the staff were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The vehicle was priced fairly and delivery was quick and seamless. There is litterally not one thing negative that can be said about the transaction. Thank you all

He went above and beyond by presenting great options, coordinating my rental, ensuring I was finished in time for work, and even checking other Fred Beans locations for vehicles I was interested in. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Cant speak to the dealership as a whole but the salesman i dealt with should learn how to treat customers and should care a bit more not only about his image as a salesman but also about how he represents the dealership/company. The decent person in me will keep his name anonymous. I inquired about purchasing a used F350. Im not local to the area, so have been negotiating with this salesman over the phone for the past few days. We came to an agreement on purchase price, everything was pretty much laid out. We set a date and time for me to come in and finalize. The morning of, he informs me that they have somebody else coming in to look at the truck before me, and then sure enough he winds up selling it to them. Instead of being a decent guy and asking me for a deposit to hold the truck he allows somebody else to step in a few hours before my appointment and take the truck. There was no apology from him. Then has the audacity to ask me if i’d like them to find something else for me. Didnt trust him much from the jump. He fudged the numbers around and after my own due diligence i realized there was an extra $1100 tacked onto the purchase price, and he claims it was an accident. Unprofessional behavior. I’d never bring my business to them again. Look elsewhere or proceed with caution.

Customer service is horrible!! Communication is even worse!!! I will never buy or have my vehicle serviced at Fred Beans again! They sell you a vehicle then don't care about you after the sale!!

BEWARE. I would leave negative stars if I could. My experience with Fred Beans Service Dept has been horrendous. I'd go somewhere else but it's the only Ford dealer in the area. We have a 2021 california special mustang. We had to get our windsheild replaced and had to call them multiple times just for them to order the windsheild and schedule an appointment, to then find a small dent which we believe happened while the car was in their care, and an open safety blade on the leather seat. Then had to take it in for inspection and tires and they put regular oil in it instead of full synthetic (which is the only oil that is recommended), scratched our rims, broke an air valve on one tire, which is now leaking air after just paying $1600 for tires. Complete negligence and incompetence from start to finish. I'll be placing a better business bureau complaint and a charge back on my credit card, and filing a lawsuit if necessary.

Sales rep Mike Morrin recently helped my wife and I with leasing a 2024 Elantra. This is the fourth Hyundai we’ve leased and the experience was delightful. Mike is an excellent listener and helped us to pick out the right car for our needs, thoroughly explaining the features and demonstrating those features on a test drive. His knowledge of the Hyundai cars is extensive so he promptly took care of our questions and concerns. Mike’s professionalism is obvious and we felt very comfortable with him through the entire process. Our son has also used Mike for his last two leases. The Fred Beans franchise is fortunate to have such a great staff member and gentleman as Mike Morrin.
