9/11/2024 Update - CRV in for oil change & Tire rotation - drop off at 7:15 AM - service doesn't start till 7:30. Service confirmed my request and car driven to bay - From what I could see from where I was, keys were returned to service writer at about 8:35. Took until after 9 AM to finally pay for service -
Take note, they now charge you to pay by Credit Card but don't inform you on this until your paying for service - longest oil change I've ever experienced -
9/13/19 Update - SInce this event I have had 2 cars serviced, CRV and Civic - Both times the service was great, communication was excellent and we couldn't be happier with how everything was handled - Thanks to Bud (Service) and Rick for all of their help and diligence with getting the issues taken care of
On 5/20/2019 I brought my CRV in for oil change and tire rotation. Not the first time I have used your service as I have been bringing my car and my daughter’s car to you, and also, purchased her car from your Reading location.
Oil change was fine, but service rep said my tires were at 4/32 and he wouldn’t rotate them and I would probably need new tires to pass inspection.
Before he could say another word, I told him the tires were about 14 months old with about 22,000 miles on them so something is either wrong with his measurement tool or his tech doesn’t know how to read it. The tires are Michelin rated for 60,000 miles
I took my car back to where tires were purchased and in front of me, the manager used his digital tread depth gauge and all tires measured in at either 6/32 or 7/32

Only went in for an inspection today. The whole process was thorough and efficient. At checkout, my service advisor gave a good overview of the status of my vehicle.

I brought my 2019 Honda Accord in due to a recall of the fuel pump motor. I arrived at the location on time was seen immediately. My car was completed in the allotted time and I was notified to come and pick it up at any time. I went into retrieve my vehicle and was greeted by Christine and she had my paperwork ready for me to sign and my car was on the lot ready for me to leave. Everyone there is always very courteous and friendly, including the valet employees. Job well done!

Everyone is very courteous & notifications assure the appointment and status of work. But the new video feature is a great addition as you can see with your own eyes what the mechanic is talking about. This allows you to make a more informed decision.

I say why I didn't like the place e I'm not good with the area a d I have a problem getting there. I did have my car serviced there and was happy with the service.i will say when you make your appointment don't wait till the night before because I did my appointment was for 1pm. My email said 8:30 am. This way you won't be surprised.

I have been going to Mike Piazza Honda since 2010. I had a Civic, then CRV, and I just moved to a Pilot. I have always had great experiences there, which is why I always come back, not to mention the cars have always been reliable. Most recently, I dealt with Eric and he was the best! He followed up with me over the course of several months, but was never pushy or annoying. It was extremely helpful knowing that he was who I could work with once the time was right for my husband and I. Eric made the process extremely easy, fast, and efficient. I feel confident he did everything he could to get me the car I love. I would always recommend Eric to family and friends. Thank you Eric and team!

When i arrived, i wasn't totally sure what i wanted. I had test driven a few cars from other manufacturers but have never owned a honda before. The salesman don pearl was never helpful and had a very no pressure approach the entire time. Just asking me what style/types i was looking for so he could point me in the right direction. He was helpful with explaining to me some of the newer features that my current car didn't have so i understood everything. All the cars have the sale price listed but also have the final out the door price listed so you know what taxes,tags, etc will make the end cost. I got the car i liked at a fair price. Would highly recommend stopping in to at least check out mike piazza honda before making your final decision.
