I have used other storage units and it’s been a nightmare… but working with Jess has been amazing! She’s so friendly and knowledgeable and always treats customers with respect. Easiest transaction switching units!! Highly highly recommend using this place as your next storage unit!!!

What a nightmare! Was told our unit was climate controlled however it definitely was not! The light inside of our unit just stopped working after a few months so I went to the office & was told that they were waiting to receive shipment of lightbulbs so I took it upon myself to use a bulb I had bought only to find out it still didn’t work. I enquired a few more time about the light but had no luck so just gave up & used a flashlight from then on. About a year in, I noticed a moldy smell & even had others who had units around mine mention that they had mold inside of their units. Upon moving our stuff out, I realized how bad it was. We lost (had to throw out) a LOT of our things due to the mold ruining items like books, clothing, camping gear, bedding, etc. when I went to let the office know, was basically told that “it happens” & felt like the employee just didn’t care or want to hear/deal with it. I know stuff happens & is beyond control but the lack of empathy or even acknowledging that several of their units had this issue just doesn’t sit right with me. So would not recommend to store anything valuable here since good chance it may get ruined. & the staff just doesn’t care or offer to do anything about it.

I had to change my on-file Credit Card, requiring me to stop by the PS office.
Jess was So Nice & Helpful with the process and a few other things.
I Believe She Is a Stong Asset to Public Storage's Workforce.

Let me start by saying that Jess, the Front Desk Agent, was so helpful and courteous - a pleasure to work with. The facility is clean and well maintained. The online reservation process was easy. I would recommend this Public Storage to anyone.

Jess took time out of here busy day to go above and beyond to clear up my confusion on the rental process and even allowed me to go physically see my unit so there would be no confusion about where I am gong on move in day this Sunday, Jess is the best!!!
