The cashier that is Russian named "Roza" is so rude and asked a disturbing question to a girl that was a Tom boy ( someone who wears boy clothes that is female) Roza looked at the girl up and down and said "Are you a boy or girl" and gave the girl a dirty look. The girl didn't respond at all. This is rude and disrespectful to ask a question like that if it was any of her business what so ever. When it was my mom and I's turn she would stare at us with a weird look when we spoke our language. Suddenly they're trying to improve the store but there is really bad employee members there. The other day I went to a cashier and she said she was closed but when I went to a different cashier I saw her taking care of someone else when she told me she was closing and I was the last person there. Absolutely Disappointing.

The little Hispanic girl and the "manager" up at the front desk answering the phone are rude, dismissive, unconcerned, unprofessional, and thought they were playing games today transferring me around to the phones at member services when I was calling about a fraudulent charge on my Sam's Club account and credit card. After an hour of them playing their games and being on hold...I finally got to the correct department and Robert in Tires was great, unfortunately the face of that store needs a major overhaul I don't care how busy they are...no one should be talked over, ignored, not addressed, addressed using street vernacular (mami), and passing messages versus addressing me directly like a leader of the business.This will go to corporate. This will be addressed properly.

But they won’t install tires that are not bought there. What kind of business turns away business. If a member wants to get tires installed they should be able to have them installed. Sams always talks about customer service but that’s not service.

I prefer to do groceries from superstores. ANd one of my favorite stores is Sam's Club. The reason behind giving lower ratings is not related to the quality of products, it is about their responsibility for the customers. If you visit BJs, they have arranged sink, soap, hand wash, sanitizing wipes before you enter the shopping area. But if you enter Samas Club they made shields for their employees, that's good. But if they have some temperature screening or hygiene practice at the entry, it will help the society and all their members will feel safe and happy.

I always enjoy going to SAMs. Their selection of food is awesome. Today we went at 7am. It was for seniors and people with health issues. It was awesome. The workers were so friendly. Very enjoyable.

Customer service is nonexistent at this Sam's Club!!! No desk, no sign, rude and nasty customer service representatives standing At two Computer terminals in the middle of the floor. The only indication was a small hand written sign That says line forms here!!! As a new member was greeted by one customer representative and told line forms there with no one in site on the line and then thrown an advertisement booklet after receiving membership card saying that's all you get with the membership!!! really Sams is this what you think of your customers????
