Been going there for years. Enjoyed the pedicures. After my last visit, I won't be back. Another nail tech was trying to assist the one that was performing the service as she overhead I was pointing out it's wrong. Nails were uneven lengths and diameter. I spoke up a few times respectively seeing the nail tech insisted that I was receiving the nail style I originally asked for. Long story short, I didn't receive the service I WANTED. Had a pit in my stomach during this service and I refuse to ever feel that way again.

This used to be my go-to spot for a spa pedicure when I lived in the area, so I was excited to come back during a recent visit to see my daughter. Unfortunately, Signature Spa is not what it used to be. I was treated to a $55 lavender spa pedicure—and it was a total disappointment.
They didn’t even push back my cuticles, and the so-called “massage” was a joke. They apparently consider rubbing their hands up and down your legs for a few minutes to be a massage. My polish started chipping the very next day.
On top of the poor quality, the place was filthy, and the technicians had zero personality. Save your money. This place is not worth it.

The nail salon is very warm and welcoming, and there’s never a wait. Wendy did my pedicure and massage with great precision and a gentle touch. It’s always a relaxing and pleasant experience.

I am not writing this review to be malicious at all. Just want to give others a warning. I got my nails done 2 times here. The first time I had a wonderful experience. This time around was not very pleasant. They took me back right away which was nice. I wanted a gel manicure with one of the cat eye nail polishes. The nail tech (I do not know her name) started on my nails. Everything was fine until she started cleaning up my cuticles. She cut my one finger and it started to bleed. Of course, it wasn't done on purpose and she apologized. I believe that once that happened, she got flustered and probably wanted to get me done quick because I felt like it was very rushed.I also noticed that the nail tools weren’t sterilized and it didn’t seem the cleanest there. Once my nails were done, i wasn’t too sure about the color, but I figured the lighting was maybe what was making it look weird. So I paid for it, tipped and then left. I went outside to my car and got a better look at my nails. The color was not pretty (which was my bad for choosing it) but also the polish looked a little sloppy and there were bumps on several of my nails. I sat in my car for almost an hour debating on if I should go back in and have them fix it or just have them take off the polish entirely and get a refund. I really hate to be that person because I’m not confrontational and this has never happened to me before. I ultimately made the decision to go back in and have them take it all off and get a refund. Everyone there was nice about it which made me feel better and they agreed to give me the refund or have the option of getting a gift card. The girl who took off my polish was very nice. No one was rude to me, but I was just so upset about the whole situation and will not be returning to this nail salon.
