I had been with them for years, but I finally decided to switch to another dealer. The deal-breaker for me was when the dealer requested a higher tier of repair parts from Toyota using my request, but didn't actually put the approved Toyota parts on my car. They kept the good parts and installed a cheap one, which was not from Toyota, on my car.

Scheduled a 7am maintenance service appointment to rotate the tires, hoping there will be no backups, holdups and quick as I needed to go to work after that.
Was told it will take 1.5 hours to accomplish. Waited in the lobby for 1.45 , went to the service desk and asked where is my car? Turns out they never even looked at it. Requested my car to be pulled in immediately and
told them - this will be the last time they saw me there. Like they even care. No apology, NOTHING, they even tried to yell at me.
You go there to hope they care about Toyota cars quality and reputation and you agree to pay those ridiculous charges and waiting hours to get a good service. Well, you will definitely get the worst possible experience for the price.
Three hours of my life wasted, my car still needs a service, I was late to work and my day was totally emotionally ruined.

I went in for a service for my tundra, and this guy named Steve Dodson told me that my service will take around 3 hours max, I went home came back after 3 hours, cause they never call me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up and when I went to pick up my car they told that my car was just sitting there and they didn’t do any service to it, why? They didn’t even have an explanation, and this “service advisor guy” never even apologized for it and had a nasty attitude.

This service department is the worst. Had my 2023 Tundra there for service, and they didn't do a computer update, so I had to bring it back 2 days later. Then in March, i had it there to have my window fixed because it wouldn't go up, and was told it was the motor, but it was the lining was warped. Then they forgot to hook up my memory seats so I had to come back again. Then 2 days later my passenger seat shield was cracked, and they told me they would get back to me on how to fix it. 2 months later I ordered the part and fixed it myself. I would never buy another toyota again, and I would definitely not recommend Team Toyota Service at all.

The service advisor thet I had, Mrs. Brooke was so rude and adamant that she would not replace the AC vent on my car which was jammed and damaged. She dealt with customers in a haste manner and never listened to any of the concerns that I had. It seemed as though she was doing me a favor by taking my car in for service. Dear management, please do not have such arrogant staff at the front desk, to greet the customers as it will greatly impact the customer satisfaction. I had reached out to my salesperson on the day of the incident, to check about the vent and was told that it should be covered under warranty. I would recommend this place for sales, but never for a service. Take your car elsewhere, at least somewhere that treats you with basic respect. Ruined my day…

TERRIBLE experience. I took my car here thinking it would be a great experience because my car is a Toyota and this is a dealership. I thought wrong. This place is a joke. Besides the fact that the manager we spoke to was extremely rude and acted as if she knew everything stating she’s been in the industry for “many years” like anyone cares. That’s not the problem though. They did zero work, kept my car for 2 weeks then proceeded to say they cannot release the car to me to get it repaired elsewhere until “someone” pays the storage charges of 2,700 dollars. As if they’re holding it hostage when ZERO labor or work was done to my car. In fact we were told by two associates that my car was taken apart and determined that there was additional damage but in reality the manager stated that the vehicle was never taken apart and the mechanic can tell just by “ looking at it” that there is “thousands of dollars more in damage to the wheel well” you would think if they’re gonna charge over 2,000 dollars to do nothing they would atleast assess the damage professionally. Crazy it took two weeks to eyeball the damage on my car without ever taking it apart and taking a big old guess that theres more damage underneath. Laziness. Definitely a qualified mechanic u have there. As my father is a mechanic the only damage is cosmetic. This place is money hungry and caused State Farm to deem my car a total loss due to what they’re trying to charge in repairs for a simple cosmetic damage repair. RUN from this place. This place is a scam, they lie, and their customer service is pure garbage. Taking my car elsewhere and getting it repaired for a reasonable price with better customer service and hard working mechanics who don’t just guess the damage on my vehicle:)

Be careful you guys might get charges for inspection on a tire and out of the word they charger for rotation that she didn’t ask for about this sales rep or the service rep name Phil When it was supposed to be a simple oil change
