“I can definitely say I love the way that your store displays the pants and other items. The staff is very efficient. On the not so good side I know for certain my items are worth more and I am disappointed in little amount I received, as I know my denim jackets with original tags new are worth much more. Yet I only received $47 for my higher priced items. Since my friend took me to your store, I decided to rid myself of the burden and even donated the remainder of my belongings. I did not feel the respect that I deserved for my time and gas and l sense that you you made you made out big in the end. So I could really use the $100! My time is more valuable then you priced it. I did not even get a Merry Xmas. I guess that as well. I gave 5 stars for the potential of your stores, not for the fairness. I worked in public for years, and I am excellent when it comes to the content and fairness of service. I did not get what I've given over the years. The customer service though professional, lacks in true respects and human kindness. So please higher people who really love working with the public. I have lived a life beyond the world they come from and customer service is everything!!!! In other words, your store is great, the value, and value of people need some work! Snobs belong in Beverly hills and silicone valley, talented people like me don't have to be fake snobs! Oh, and Merry Xmas ?? the best customer you ever had, Mark F”

“This store is a treasure trove with new items coming in daily. I found a beautiful Art Deco style dresser/mirror and a matching armoire and a stunning oak buffet, all 4 pieces $280! High quality furniture for an amazing price! Bob, the manager, was so helpful in organizing my purchase. A huge Thank You to Ramon, Nick, and Pierre’ for professionally loading and securing these pieces in my U-Haul truck. These gentlemen are wonderful! Overall a great experience! ??”
“High quality thrift store. Small but certainly worth the visit. Prices a little higher but the quality of the merchandise is much higher than a normal thrift store. So happy that they're so selective.”
“Great place to shop with all profits going to several organizations that help children in many ways. Friendly staff, well organized merchandise, clean building- you can find just about anything here. I have donated dozens of items including clothing, sports cards & memorabilia, framed pieces, glassware and figurines. Everyone should check this place out in Fairless Hills or one of the other locations.”

So many things, whatever you’re looking for it’s here. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Also I love that they play Christian music. It’s definitely a pleasure to shop here. Some of the items are priced reasonably. Also, I like the fact that Certain day of the week you get fifty percent of a Certain color tag. However, what? I didn't like that All Sales Are Final. But I will go back again .”
“I visited about a week ago from out of state and I wanted to take some time out to write a review based off my experience with a specific employee. She was very welcoming from the beginning to the end. Was very informative about where things were located in the store. She showed true hospitality and sounded very happy to be there. Truly a gem to experience! I didn't get her name in the midst of our interaction but I will be coming back when I visit again. I’m really torn I didn’t get her name. Hopefully her hard works pays off for a better position in the future! Nice young lady with a great personality and a bright future!”
“Prices across the board are higher...costs to run the place are always rising....utilities, building maintenence, insurance., salaries, etc .....But a big reason for higher prices is the people who flocked here in recent years to purchase things super cheap and resale on line..ruined it for the low income consumer who honestly needs to save money. MOST things are still cheaper than if you went to the mall.”

“Updating my review!!! I feel like corporate may have listened to the comments and other lifetime 2nd Ave shoppers that were upset about the changes and the pricing being way too high. They still have some work to do with it.... However I was happy to see them add in some random, and out of the norm, sale days recently. The 25% off Tuesday. And I loved getting the new emailed coupons. You can tell they made some changes and they are for the better. They also have gotten a lot better as far as quality and condition. Much better! Finally hats off to the Philly Managers - the store looked spotless, they are all always super nice, helpful, and they remember me and greet me right away every time I’m there even after not being there for awhile. Happy to be able to change my review.”
“I love this store n was super excited about the Hollister n Abercrombie event they had yesterday but was disappointed they said bins of Hollister stuff but walked in n they had 2 racks that were too expensive”
