Never go here for LP gas, it is always needing repair or no one is certified to dispense LP. Stopped here 4 times since last August and always no LP.
Manager should be fired.

I rented a 6'x9' trailer. The customer service rep was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, smiley and friendly. She helped me get the trailer attached to my SUV and even got down on her back on the ground to look for my electric hookup. I couldn't be more please with customer service!

My in-person experience at this location was atrocious with Ashley H. She remained engaged on her Bluetooth cell phone conversation for the entirety of my visit with no eye contact with the customer (me). She almost refused to offer receipt confirmation of my transaction. After asking for it twice, she finally agreed to get up out of her seat to check-in my rented Uhaul truck. Upon jumping in the vehicle, she haphazardly blurted that something was in the truck (i.e., my fiancé’s singular blanket). I said that I could retrieve it. As I’m latching onto the sides of the truck to enter, she starts the motor of truck (as I’m entering the back), which seems dangerously rocky (from the back of shaky truck).
When she finally checked in my vehicle and offered a printed receipt, I was charged inaccurately.
At several points of conversation, I had to continually ask if she was speaking to me or the cell phone conversation participant. She continued to have casual conversation with a friend (via Bluetooth) for our entire interaction. I am hard of hearing, which makes horrible customer service experiences even worse to manage. I asked to speak with a manager.
The experience continued to deteriorate from there, and I finally had to contact the corporate phone number. Mrs. De La Cruz (from corporate customer service) was warm hearted and wonderful, though.

Went to fill up are propane tank today and the lady said she wasn’t certified to do that. A Sunday before Memorial Day weekend and not having someone who is certified to fill propane is not a way to run a business

The lot where the trucks are parked was extremely organized. The young lady that helped me that day was very professional and polite. She knew exactly how to run that business! In and out very quick. I own two businesses, and to have an employee like that is a major asset!

Moving was fine, but billing was terrible. I was quoted $.89 per mile for the truck while making the reservation online only to find out I was billed $1.59/mile because apparently weekends have different rates. That was a terrible experience.
