Moving was fine, but billing was terrible. I was quoted $.89 per mile for the truck while making the reservation online only to find out I was billed $1.59/mile because apparently weekends have different rates. That was a terrible experience.

I would like to thank Cynthia and her technician for the excellent service they provided with installing my Hitch today. I noticed a small issue when leaving U-Haul and later returned to have it looked-at. Cynthia's technician was gone for the day, but she called her with my concerns. Her tech agreed to come by after hours and have a look. She came by, put the car on the lift and in 10 minutes we were done. Great service and very happy with their professionalism. 5 Stars from me!

Worst experience. I needed a hitch to move some equipment. I scheduled an appt and paid in full. A week later they told me the part wasn't in and rescheduled, this happened a second time as well. I was forced to rent a vehicle to move the equipment. When the car finally went in to have the hitch installed, they told me it would take aprox 3 hours. I let them know that I needed to pick up my daughter that afternoon. 5 hours later the work was still not completed. When I picked up my car, they had not provided the "ball" which I had paid for. I had to go back in and ask for it. (guess they hoped I wouldn't ask). On top of that, they pulled the wiring under my car and up into my trunk where they just left it there to hang out the trunk when the trailer is plugged in. (that is not how it should be). When I asked customer service for compensation for the money I spent on the rental and of course they money I know have to spend to get it wired correctly, they simply offered to uninstall it all. I will never take my vehicle back there again and I hope you can avoid the NIGHTMARE I experience.

We were in a bind and Cynthia helped us out and was so polite. It would be nice if there were other workers there. She was alone with many people there and the parking area was full of trucks. She worked hard for us and I would recommend coming here for future moves

I reserved a truck and trailer months in advance of a move and 4 days before I am told I have to drive all the way out from Philly to this location for the trailer. They promised me a discount for the inconvenience, then on the day I picked it up, they refused to honor it. Customer support has not helped at all.

Great experience! Paul, the General Manager, was personable, knowledgeable and helpful in the services I needed rendered. There are U-Haul's closer to my home, but I will definitely return to the Langhorne location for any future needs!

Had a reservation went there and was informed they didn't have the trailer. It took them 37 minutes to realize it was sitting on their very small lot.

Horrible!!! Charged $60+ gas. the truck had more gas in it when I dropped it off then what I had before I picked it up. I have the receipt from the gas station and pictures of before and after. I Called and stopped in the store multiple times but no help...

I Ordered a hitch on 8/26/20. Called on 9/7 to make sure that we were okay to come in for our reservation at 9/8/20 at 8:00 pm. They expressed to me that the hitch was not in yet and that it would be there that evening. No one from the Langhorne location called me and we are already at the end of the month. I have called numerous times to speak directly to them, but always get a customer service rep, never anyone at their location. Messages were sent and no one, even their GM has contacted me. I want a refund and will take my business elsewhere!

Honestly I don’t usually write negative reviews. But this has been the most frustrating and upsetting experience dealing with this location and it’s service. We had a truck scheduled for Friday when there were tropical storms on the news we cancelled and rescheduled well in advance. We then received a confirmation of our cancellation and the reschedule by email. The following day we received a call from the location saying only two duplicate reservations were booked and we missed them. They then assured us it was probably a tech issue and they fixed the appointment so we could have our truck today Sunday at 12pm as scheduled and requested twice. We then received a call today as we were on our way there saying our appointment was scheduled for 12am and since we didn’t show for it they gave our truck away and we have to reschedule. And to do so we must call the customer service line which has a 30 min hold minimum. To say we are in big trouble and hugely disappointed is an understatement. Especially after speaking to multiple representatives, having clear confirmation emails that were not honored. This isn’t our first time things didn’t go according to plan with this location either. I will never use them again and will encourage other friends to do the same.
