Wanted to share my five star story that I had Amkit from this location. What a professional, and super courteous. I rolled in with about 40 items to return 5 minutes before the door closed the night before a holiday. He was incredibly patient and helpful. I would absolutely come back to this location and would give it 10 atars if I had the chance. Thank you!

Listen, good hardworking ppl. But they are not properly trained on how to print. I’ve been coming here to print papers and flyers for last 5 months and each time the employee doesn’t know how to do it. Which is the managers fault— they should train the employees. I wait there for a half hour sometimes and they end up telling me they can’t print. They offer printing services. Make it make sense.
I blame the management, not the employees.

They do not honor insurance. They upsell it and bury details on contract not telling you that there is an expiration date. Will never use them again!!! It's a shame.

Melissa, the manager at this UPS Store, is truly exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of with kindness, efficiency, and genuine care. She takes extra steps to make sure your items are safely and securely packaged for transport—nothing is rushed or overlooked. You can tell she operates with heart, treating each package like it’s her own. The world would be a better place if more people approached their work like Melissa does. She’s a gem! Thank Gd for Melissa!

I go there to have prints and copies done in color. Every time I go I have a 25% chance that the printer is working or that there is someone there who knows how to print color copies!

I was in just a few minutes ago Terri was business, but she took the time to help each person solve a proble, or give them the information they may need to secure there package arrives and thet they have the proof they need if Verizon tells them they didn't get it. Thank you Terri

Always super convenient, quick and the manager was very patient with me while I gathered to shipping label from my email to send to her. I will be coming back because she was very helpful and did not make me feel pressured.

Amazon sent a QR code for the return of 2 identical walking canes in 2 identical boxes. the woman at this UPS store would not accept the code as she indicated it was only for 1 box (which they arrived in 2 boxes) and that i should go and contact Amazon for another QR code, or, I could spend $8.00 for tape they sell to wrap them together. As I was not going home to either call Amazon or tape them and again visit this store, I spent the 8 bucks to be done with it. You mean to tell me the ups woman couldn't bind them together for me? she really needed my $8 for tape that i used 1% of... Lousy customer service!!!

This place honestly is a rip off. If you are dropping something off sure no problem not a big deal. Went in to ship something, wanted over $100 to box and ship 1 state over. Went online and set up an account with pirate shipping and spent 8 dollars. Wake up people don't get scammed!
