“I had to take a minute to shout out Victoria at Five Below Store-#10 in Levittown — seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the second I walked in, she was upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Not that fake “retail nice” — real, natural energy. She went out of her way to help me find what I needed, answered every question like she actually knew her stuff, and never once made it feel rushed or forced.
What stood out most? Respect. She treated me like I mattered as a customer, kept a great attitude the whole time, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.
Five Below needs more people like Victoria — she’s the kind of employee that makes you want to come back.
Give her a raise or something, seriously.”

“Great customer service. I called ahead of my arrival for a particular item. The item was at the counter when I got there. The cashier was absolutely delightful. Five stars isn't enough they deserve 10 stars.”
“Love this store! Come here all the time.. Lots of amazing employees, love being greeted when I enter and exit the store. Just the other day a sweet girl I believe her name was Breanna, she helped me find an item I needed desperately for my sister for Christmas. Great employee ??”

“I had a huge purchase today shopping for our elementary school bingo night. The manager who worked this afternoon, 10/25, and the two staff members, one male and one female, were so so great! Like I said it was a large order and they helped me check out, figured out the bag situation, and helped me get everything into my car. I don’t usually write retail reviews but they were really just so nice and helpful and really went the extra mile and I hope are recognized by their leadership. Thanks again!”
“Five Below is a fantastic store for bargain hunters and budget-conscious shoppers. The store lives up to its name by offering a wide range of products, all priced at $5 or below. Whether you're looking for gadgets, toys, clothing, or home goods, Five Below has you covered. The store's layout is easy to navigate, and the colorful displays make shopping a fun experience. It's a great place to find affordable gifts and seasonal items. The selection of trendy and novelty items is impressive, and they frequently rotate their inventory, so there's always something new to discover. One minor downside is that the quality of some products may reflect their low price, so it's essential to shop with reasonable expectations. However, for everyday essentials and fun novelties, Five Below is hard to beat.Overall, Five Below is a treasure trove for those on a budget or anyone looking for unique and affordable finds. It's a go-to destination for both kids and adults, making it a must-visit store for bargain shopping.”

“This is one of the nicest 5 and Below stores I've ever been to - very clean and well stocked. But the best feature of this location is the staff, especially Frank! I went in there for a selfie stick, but they didn't seem to have them. Frank helped me find a combination tripod/selfie stick that was just perfect. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. And as usual, we left there with more than we went in for lol.”
“Strange store. Enormous store for very little products, no music playing in the background, and the guy outside kept trying to sell me key copies. However, prices were reasonable and selection was decent.”

“The staff are super nice, they helped me at the self check out. Store selection is typical for a five below. Not too high of quality stuff but a good place when you're trying to buy gifts for friends etc.”
