My Verizon rep Aanisah was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very patient and understanding with all of my questions. She even had patience with my not so tech saavey husband. Great customer service every time I have had to go there. Highly recommend the Fairless Hills store.

Get ready to be taken advantage by this store. Walked in to discuss a screen issue and was subsequently told I could save $30 on my monthly bill by changing to a new plan with two additional (unnecessary) lines. Who doesn't like to save money? Oh and there would be no activation fees. Awesome! Well, a few things: the activation fees were indeed charged, and my bill was actually going to be $30 MORE a month after that. Oh, and the staffer also subscribed us to a $5.99 a month Verizon cloud storage plan times 2. When I called Verizon wireless to clean this entire mess up, it took me nearly an hour to undo the damage. And before anyone claims I didn't understand or read what I was being offered, I have it on paper in front of me. So buyer beware, this store will absolutely try to take advantage of you for commission, with zero accountability. Try calling and getting anyone there on the phone, I dare you.

For anyone deciding on which branch to go to for any questions or issues with their Verizon account, I highly recommend you go to this specific branch. I was helped by Steve, Breanna & Christina. They helped me transfer from Xfinity Mobile to Verizon seamlessly. They were kind and extremely patient as I asked tons of questions about my new account. Steve is the manager at this store and he really knows his stuff!!! Great team over there!

This is not a Verizon corporate store, something to be aware of when you go. They are a reseller. Not terrible, but something to be aware of the difference.
My advice is to understand everything being told to you, ask what the fees are for and check your bill afterwards.

My husband, daughter and I visited the Langhorn store and all I can say was we had the BEST customer service ever. Amanda was amazing she made sure that was ready to go. She was at the store 30 minutes after closing. She did not rush us. The manager Steve was very knowledgeable about the deals. I would highly recommend this store
