Buying a ring from a roadside vendor is better than a ring with a warranty from Zales. Apparently if you don't bring your ring in every 6 months you void the warranty. Go to a real jewelry store not a circus act.

Very disappointed that I went to Zales to get my necklace cleaned for a wedding I was attending and upon cleaning it the manager, Kathy, returned it back to me broken. The only solution was for me to purchase a new necklace, which I think was crazy. I am saddened by the lack of service I received especially because now I have a broken necklace and no solution.

Linda was amazing, I didn’t have an appointment, I called and she told me to come right in, and she took care of me. Showed me a variety of products and pointed me in the right direction, to sweeten the deal she told me about the warranty packages and helped me pick out something extraordinary. 10/10 would come back to see Linda for my next purchase!!
