2 of the 3 ladies behind the desk we're extremely rude and trying to tell me I was wrong with information that came from a court house AND penndot. Information I had on a letter straight from penn dot. The law isn't thier job and they should stick to what thier job is. Penndot directly gave me thier address to get time sensitive and important information to them. The lady refused to do so from the moment I told her what I needed because (her words) theres a $500 fee you need to pay and I don't feel comfortable doing that large of a fee. Ms. What are you talking about? I just need you to send this proof of insurance to them. They stood their ground on this because they knew better then the gentleman I spoke to at penndot ?♀️ They also were asking unnecessary questions about my situation which was NON of their buisness. The lady implied I was a law breaking repeat offender becauseof information I was aware of. Why because I have colored hair, tattoos, piercings and dont look like you? This was actually my first time this has ever happened to me Karen. This was on a Friday and now I have to wait the weekend and deal with another call to penn dot on Monday. Thanks AAA front desk ladies for making my Friday afternoon and weekend more stressful than it needed to be. They don't even deserve the 1 star I HAD to give 1 to post this. Unhappy, disrespected and upset.

The gentlemen was very helpful and polite....no problem there. But it's Saturday and to have only one person working??? We left and will try again Monday.

I'm sorry I set up my account for automatic renewal - they deducted the $211 premium a month in advance of the membership expiration - without notice. It took 3 separate phone calls to cancel - still waiting for my refund. An okay service if you don't set up automatic renewal.

Came there last Friday to transfer a title.I was there 2 hours to transfer 1 title, no tags just title. I had to sign a bill of sale me and the seller, why would I have to sign that? Terrible place to transfer a title. This is my first experience with AAA since I joined.Most title transfers I have experience take about 15 minutes.Terrible service, ruined my day and the seller's.

Travel service is nil and waste of time. One travel agent was yelling. Lady at the counter was very rude. Slow service all around. This location has a very strange business strategy.

Disappointed in their notary services. I needed two forms notarized and they could not do them because they were for a deed. The woman stated they can not notarize property forms. In all the years that I have had forms notarized, I never met a notary who specialized. I believe they just didn't want to do it, for whatever reason. I have been a AAA Plus Member for over 23 years, and I have rarely if ever utilized their services. The one time I needed them, they were useless. On the plus side, Raymond did an excellent job at the front counter when I went to sign in. He was very friendly and helpful in getting a notary for me. Unfortunately, the helpfulness ended with him.

you should update your saturday hours, online it says open until 2pm but when I got there at 1pm the door has it written that its closed at 1pm.

Went into AAA of Lansdale for an international drivers permit. The folks there were quick, polite and efficient. They took my photo, printed it, I handed them my completed application and drivers license, I paid and was walking out the door with permit in hand in less than ten minutes. The facility looked great and was very clean.

Absolutely the worse service ever! I would give them zero stars if I could! I had an accident yesterday (8/5/21) and it took these clowns 4 hours to tow me. At one time, Triple A actually cancelled my ticket "because the tow truck couldn't find you on the interstate." As a premier member I expect a little more. I've been a Triple A member since 2013, previously with Mid-Atlantic Triple A before I moved to Lansdale, they are a stark contrast to these clowns.
