I was in there today to get a screw and I’m disgusted by the customer service . The older lady with short white hair had the audacity to tell me if I can’t afford it I don’t belong having it. I’ve been in customer service 10+ years that’s absolutely not how you treat customers first and last time I will ever come back and the supervisor stood there did nothing

The store itself is great, but there’s nothing better than an extremely hard working associate (Tom the cat) that never fails to greet us. On a real note, we do love seeing the cat when we visit and the place is very nice and organized.

The Fisher’s Ace Hardware store in Lansdale Pennsylvania has not only one of the cleanest, well stocked, and friendliest knowledgeable staff of associates, dedicated to make the customers get what they are shopping for.
