I placed an online pickup order and my girlfriend went to pick it up. They loaded my order in the wrong persons car. I get it mistakes happen. What is totally unacceptable is when the worker at aldi tells you that they can’t help you, won’t go reshop your order, AND can’t refund you. Not only that, but there is no corporate phone number so I have to fill out a web form and wait for someone to get back to me?? Absolute NIGHTMARE customer experience.

I like that this location is by my work, the store is always clean, but there are a lot of crazy illegals that shop there. Be careful in the parking lot as it’s known there are lots of migrants without car insurance.
