Want to go get my car service there. The people I talked to over the phone and the people at the desk were very friendly and nice, however, I scheduled the same day service was told that they were behind and I left my car for 2 days. When I found I got my car back, the interior of the car was disgusting. There was clear handmarks all over the steering wheel of grease and Grime. When I called seeing an accuracy shuttle to pick me up. Because I still had my car. I was told that I was 2 miles 2 far for the courtesy shuttle to pick me up. Overall, the only good part of it was the people at the front desk and on the phone.

First time using mobile service from Bergey's of Lansdale for a recall. The technician and service was great. They came to me at a convenient time and were done in less than 30 minutes. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

Got a Jeep Wrangler inspected. Pickup, delivery and service were all great.Cannot say a bad thing.Very organized and timely.Good job Bergey's! Way better service than Thompson BMW who didn't do as well for my other car.

Bergey's Ford of Lansdale went above and beyond for my husband and I. Gina the service Manager was so patient and understanding with us. Gina made sure that we had all information that we needed, she answered all phone calls and help support us through the lemon law process. It was a very stressful time, but Gina remained calm with us and showed A+ customer service. We were comfortable because we knew that Gina was doing everything in her power to make things right and fix the issue. Thank you to Gina and her team for all of their efforts, patience and support.

Bob Mason is the best! Made my purchase very easy. He worked hard to get me the price & car I was hoping for. Kevin Drucker (business manager) had all paperwork ready & easily explained what I was signing. I was out of the dealership in about an hour. Much appreciative to both for making this process as pain free as possible! Thank you!

I had a mobile service done for a recall on my vehicle. Ryan was my Tech. He arrived on time and explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. He was respectful, and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the service.

My wife and I stopped in to see what we consider a car of our dreams. When we walked in to Bergey’s we were greeted with a welcome and a smile, but we realized very fast that no one pressured us with questions, but allowed us to admire the car of interest that was on the showroom floor. When we were done gawking over the car, we approached a salesman(Bob Mason). Bob was amazing! His personality was like no other salesman that my wife and I experienced, what a great gentleman! He started what ended our easiest sale before introducing us to a manager to complete the sale. Cliff Erickson like Bob, created a relaxing environment and was prepared for us to complete the purchase. Afterward it was back to Bob! Bob reviewed everything on the car with my wife and I and made sure we knew the ins an outs of the car, installed our phones and sent us on our way. Just ease of doing business with good people. Thank you gentlemen! Bob, you’re now number 1 in my phone contacts.

Friendly and helpful. Really took the time to help us get exactly what we were looking for. Every member of the staff was pleasant and down-to-earth. We purchased a prior vehicle from another Bergey location, and trust them. Tyler was excellent to work work with and would certainly purchase a vehicle from him again. He kept us updated on the status of our ordered vehicle throughout the process.

The gentleman at the service desk was great and very honest with me. I really needed to know why the clutch in my car has needed replacing 3 times in last 4 years, and the last one only lasted 3,000 miles. He gave me an honest answer but being a Ford customer for over 45 years I don’t know if I trust the product anymore. I am very disappointed

Bergeys Ford has been my service choice since I bought my car from them in 2016. Gina McConnell and my most recent service asst. manager, DJ Lessor and Andy have always been polite, courteous and knowledgeable regarding all my service and parts needs. I will continue to come here again and again to care for my Shelby GT350 with confidence because of this service team!

I needed new inspection stickers printed given that I had to have my windshield replaced (done elsewhere). I was told it would take a half hour so (being a mom of 2) took my kids and walked across the street to the park for a half hour. I returned 40 minutes later and the stickers still weren't done and it overall took over an hour which was inconvenient given my 2 year old and infant were with me. However I do have to say that they do have a nice waiting area- there’s a kids table with two fun bouncy chairs. We did notice- right before we left- that there were toys in a cabinet. It would have been nice if someone told us that earlier since we just waited a half hour and the little ones were stir crazy. But again, everyone was nice, and other than the unanticipated long wait it was a good experience.

The vehicle purchasing process was a breeze. The salesperson, Bob Mason, answered all my questions and honored my requests. Signing the paperwork and going over the extended warranty offers was a no stress, no hassle experience. Kevin Drucker in F&I was thorough, polite, and fielded any questions with aplomb.
