THE WASHER/DRYER UNIT WAS INSTALLED IN A MATTER OF TWO HOURS AND THE MACHINE SO FAR IS WORKING WONDERFULLY. THANKS TO ALL MAINTENACE, (ALEX) AND THE OFFICE FOR COMPLYING SO QUICKLY.

Very friendly staff! Beautiful apartment clean and when I moved in carpets were new updated kitchen. Nice washer and dryer. Two dog parks, gyms and a pool I love it already!

So far, it's been great. The complex is well maintained, the apartments are very well kept and the neighbors are very nice. Icing on the cake to have the amenities of a fitness center, pool, two playgrounds and dog parks!

It's my worst and worst experience to the live with the morgan property ?Because new renewal lease price is too much increase ? and $70 internet is a mandatory. Every month in my pocket spend $1650 but not worth and i directly go to the lease office to talk about internet charges ? and already have a internet why should i pay $70 per month for your internet ? but nope ?♂️ ? ?.... it's a very bad experience in my lifeAnd lease office no offering a water .. nothing ... ? ? ? evey month rent 1500$ is a good in this area and this square feet

Rented my apartment in January, they mentioned the construction at the end and how they were renovating the leasing office but neglected to mention they are turning the apartment next to me Into something too. it's now end of October and the construction has been right against my bedroom wall for months. The contractor says he starts at 8 but I have timestamped videos of things falling off of my wall at 7:45am. i have videos of them hammering right onto my bedroom wall. I thought maybe I'd get a rent break for having to deal w the full yr construction but nope! up went my rent the second they had the chance.I'm now stuck here because I can't afford another 1st 4 months move in costs somewhere else.

DO NOT RENT HERE! READ BEFORE YOU RENT!After being a resident here for FIVE years, and never even being late on a rent payment, they decided not to renew my lease, and would not tell me the reason why! After struggling to find another apartment to move into, they began charging me double rent for every day after their move out date.Now, let me tell you the lies they told me while I lived there: after looking at my old, outdated kitchen, 3 years ago, they told me I would be getting a new, updated kitchen that spring, this never happened. After not being able to open my sliding door to my deck, because the bearings were shot, they told me they would be replacing it, this never happened either. This all while having my rent raised every year I lived there! So, if you want to live in an apartment where maintenance never happens and promises are never kept all while having your rent raised every year, then move here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor, and please go someplace else!

Just moved here and so far my neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. I think the management is extremely nice and love the way they communicate with us. I was unhappy with a few things when I got here and they took care of every concern quickly. Thanks ☺️

Very disappointed with service. Its been 4 days I am calling to office regarding maintenance. No one is there to receive a call or to even reply voice mails.01/10/2023This is the second time I got disappointed with services. Don't expect to get honest answers. One emplyee says something and other says something. Its been more than 3 weeks my dryer is not repaired and having hard time again with laundry.

PLEASE WHATEVER YOUR SITUATION READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!They will smile in your face. Con you into signing a lease for a townhouse that displays new appliances online in which will mislead you into a townhouse that should be considered the total opposite. Not only were the appliances old but dirty and malfunctioning. Our first day moving in we immediately had to put in a work order and every month following. We were consistently harrased and summoned to court for nonpayment although we made consistent attempts to do so and were also sabotaged by Brookside Manors staff, as our ways of paying "quickly" were remove. We were told "our online payment system is only for those who pay on-time". Well, I believe that's pretty convenient since it only makes it more challenging for the tenet to submit the funds to their operations account. On top of all of that the consistent killing and misuse of our trees ? was baffling to me as I have been met non stop with " threat of eviction" letters and court papers at which were consistently taped on my front door, sent via mail and email! As if we just sat around not paying a cent..please ?I say all of this to say that I hope that this reaches the owner respectfully. That some things may change going forward for anyone who should decide to rent from you and your investors.

My residency at Brookside has been very good. All service requests are handled in a timely manner. All employees are considerate and professional. * I TAKE IT BACK, SERVICES REQUESTS ARE ROUTINELY IGNORED. THE TRASH PICK UP IS A HUGE ISSUE AS IT THE MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. SO MUCH HAS CHANGED IN TWO YEARS. IT IS A SHAME THAT NO ONE IN MANAGEMENT HANDLES ISSUES

I moved in to Brookside in September 2022. I had a couple minor maintenance issues but nothing crazy. I've had an issue with my heat since 11/15/22. Poor communication is actually being too nice. The office and maintenance teams do not communicate. I woke up to no heat this morning and I have 2 small under desk space heaters that are supposed to heat my home. I was told this afternoon they would have someone out Thursday. No idea if it'll be fixed considering the HVAC guys that was out yesterday to install a part he was supposed to install a week ago said I need a new heater and it would take a week. Can we maybe call a different company?? 2 small kids. No heat. Over 2 weeks and worse off than when I called.

Parking is a big issue where our apt is which is frustrating, the only way to avoid this is to pay monthly for a parking spot. Also the windows and screen door are very drafty which we did not realize before being summer move- in tenants.

I am so happy with the maintenance responses and how they do their job so well here. My sink now drains so fast, I am amazed!!! Thankyou guys for always doing a good job & with a good attitude. I am grateful.
