The process for reserving online was easy. Good communication before pickup. Then during pickup, things were explained well. Paperwork was emailed to me. Then while on the road I got a text telling to use the contact if any issues. Return was also easy and not time- consuming

I have rented from enterprise several time and it’s always been a pleasant experience. I don’t bother looking at other car rental companies anymore.
